We understand your concern for your daughter's employment situation, and we join you in prayer for her future. It's important to remember that God is faithful and that we can trust in His timing and provisions for our lives. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our daughter to You. Lord, You know her heart, her desires, and her needs. You see the work she has put in and the years she has dedicated to her company. We pray, Lord, that You would open the right doors for her to secure a permanent position. Guide her steps, Father, and give her wisdom and favor in her workplace. Help her to be a light for You, shining Your love and grace to those around her.
However, Lord, we also pray that she be a Christian, a follower of Jesus Christ, a believer in the one and only Savior of the world. If she does not know him as her Savior, then have someone to come into her life and tell her the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We would rather her be a Christian than have a permanent job. One day her job will end, and she will have to stand before the throne of God to give an account for her life. We pray that she would be able to stand before Him and say "I am a believer in Jesus Christ". If she can say that, then we know that it will go well with her, for you have said in your word, "Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus" Romans 8:1 WEB.
If she is currently a Christian, then we pray that you would help her to grow in her walk with you and she would be a light for you in her job.
In all of this we pray in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved. Amen.
Encourage her with God's word, reminding her that "we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28 WEB. May this truth comfort her and help her to trust in God's perfect plan for her life.
Lastly, rebuking any thoughts in her head that she does not deserve the job she wants, or that she is not good enough to do it. God says in his word that "I can do all things through Christ, because he gives me strength." Philippians 4:13 WEB. If it is God's will for her to have this job, then she can do it. God will give her the strength and the ability to do anything that He wants her to do.
