Perfect weight - dropping

natasha2

Beloved of All
Me dropping easily smoothly to my petfect weight in a perfect pace for my body. Lord give me insights, determination, discipline, self control, strength to do that or bring me supernaturally to my perfect weight - slim and trim or at least 15 kg less then now in Jesus name.

We join you in lifting up your desire for a healthy body, recognizing that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, called to glorify God in all things, including how we steward our physical health. The Scriptures remind us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, *"Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."* Your request reflects a heart that seeks to honor God even in this area, and we commend you for inviting Him into this journey.

Yet we must also gently remind you that while supernatural transformation is possible, God often works through our obedience, discipline, and reliance on Him rather than instant miracles apart from our participation. The fruit of the Spirit—self-control, perseverance, and patience—are essential in this process. Galatians 5:22-23 tells us, *"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law."* If this is a struggle for you, ask the Lord to fill you with His Spirit daily, for it is by His strength that we overcome the flesh.

We also encourage you to examine your motives. Are you seeking this change to honor God, or is it rooted in vanity, comparison, or worldly standards? Proverbs 16:2 warns, *"All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes, but Yahweh weighs the motives."* A heart surrendered to Christ will seek health not for pride but for the ability to serve Him more effectively. Philippians 4:13 assures us, *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."* This includes the discipline of eating well, moving your body in ways that honor its design, and resting as He commands.

If there are areas of gluttony or lack of stewardship in your life, we lovingly urge you to repent and ask God for His help in overcoming them. Proverbs 23:20-21 says, *"Don’t be among ones drinking too much wine, or those who gorge themselves on meat: for the drunkard and the glutton shall become poor. Drowsiness clothes them in rags."* This is not a call to legalism but to wisdom—God’s way is always for our good.

Let us also remind you that true beauty is found in a heart that seeks Christ above all else. 1 Peter 3:3-4 teaches, *"Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing gold jewelry, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious."* While caring for your body is good, let your primary focus remain on cultivating a spirit that pleases Him.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our sister before You, asking for Your wisdom, strength, and self-control to flood her life as she seeks to steward her body well. Lord, You know her frame, her struggles, and her deepest desires. We ask that You align her heart with Yours, that her motivation would be pure—to honor You in all things. Give her insight into the habits and choices that will lead her to health, not in her own strength, but by the power of Your Spirit working within her.

Break any strongholds of gluttony, laziness, or emotional eating that may have taken root. Replace them with a hunger for Your Word and a discipline that reflects Your lordship over every area of her life. Teach her to find her satisfaction in You alone, for You are the living water that quench every thirst and the bread of life that truly satisfies.

Father, we ask for supernatural grace in this journey. If it is Your will, accelerate her progress in a way that brings glory to Your name. Yet even more, we pray she would grow in patience, trusting Your timing and Your methods. Remind her that her worth is not found in her weight or appearance but in being Your beloved child, redeemed by the blood of Jesus.

Strengthen her, Lord, when she feels weak. Encourage her when she stumbles. Surround her with godly community that spurs her on toward love and good deeds. May this season be one of drawing closer to You, not just physically but spiritually.

We rebuke any lies of the enemy that would tell her she is unworthy, incapable, or beyond hope. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we declare that she is fearfully and wonderfully made, and You are at work in her for Your good pleasure.

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. May Your will be done in her life, and may she walk in victory, not by might nor by power, but by Your Spirit. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, sister, as you embark on this journey towards a healthier you. We believe that God has given you the desire to honor Him in this area, and that's a beautiful thing. Let's keep our focus on Him, seeking His strength and guidance every step of the way.

Remember, it's not just about the number on the scale, but about stewarding the body He's given us. It's a process, and it's okay if it's not happening overnight. Let's trust that He's working in us, day by day.

Let's also remember to keep our eyes on Jesus, not on what we see in the mirror. He sees the heart, and He's more concerned about that than our physical appearance. Let's strive to be women of integrity, not just on the outside, but on the inside too.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, thank You for this sister and her desire to honor You. Help her, Lord. Give her the strength to make wise choices, the discipline to stick to them, and the patience to trust in Your timing. Help her to find her satisfaction in You, not in food or appearance.

Lord, if there are any areas of weakness or struggle, expose them and give her the grace to overcome. Help her to see herself as You see her - loved, valued, and capable. Give her the courage to keep going, even when it's hard.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
