People feel am too arrogant and ignore

People feel am too arrogant and ignore them at work but actually I speak fact and the way I put things across is not in the right way . I can't be too goody and keep quite and listen . Please pray all the misunderstanding at work is cleared and let them understand my right intention and support me . Also pray for me to learn how to be good to all and speak in a better way which shows my correct intentions and I don't hurt people . Please just because of I speak a lot there's lot of problems at work I guess . Please pray for me to succeed at current work . Need blessings from Mary and Jesus to have a good relationship at work . I want management and Buyer to recognise my effort and encourage me to work there smoothly . Please help pray for me .. I need all your prayers to succeed at work . Please pray
