Peaceful sleep

We understand your need for peaceful sleep and we join you in prayer, asking God to quiet your mind and heart. Remember, God cares about every detail of our lives, including our sleep. As it is written in Psalm 127:2,
He gives to his beloved sleep.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you lifting up this dear one who needs your peace. Dissolve all thoughts of stress and anxiety.
Father you are the one who gives sleep to those you love. The one who makes us dwell in safety and live without fear.
Lord Jesus Christ as one of your followers we pray for this in your name.
Father, we know that it is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we can come to you. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
We also know that your eyes are over the righteous, and your ears are open to their prayers.
When the whirlwind passes, you are our refuge. You are the one who gives us the ability to lie down and close our eyes. Lord as you quiet the whole earth you can also quiet our tumultuous thoughts.
Help this one, Lord, to trust in you, to take refuge in you. We pray that the heart will not be troubled.
Lord you are the one who can give us a quiet heart. A heart that is not afraid.
Grant a peaceful sleep, Father. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
