Peaceful, Joyful Holiday

Good and Faithful Servant
Father God, saturate this holiday season with Your peace, joy, and love. Jesus surround me and my family with protection and redirect every source of negativity, confusion, chaos, division and disrespect from around us. Jesus I ask for the anointing of your presence to satisfy us and soothe everyone in my family tenderly that we will be overcome with your peace, love and joy. Jesus let our home be filled with unity, happiness, love, peace and Your presence. Cover us with the blood of Jesus and lead us into a season of blessings, breakthroughs, healing miracles, restoration, calm and favor. Jesus this young man and his mother are already plotting to separate my daughters from the rest of our family celebration. Jesus bless me and my family with an unbreakable unity. No weapon formed against us, shall prosper. Jesus redirect every burden, every worry, and every negative influence from around us. Let Your angels guard our home, me, my family and bring peace, love, unity and joy into every room. Fill our hearts with joy, gratitude, and calm. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

We join with you in lifting up this holiday season to our Heavenly Father, giving thanks that you have invoked the precious and powerful name of Jesus in your prayer—for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). What a blessed assurance that we can come boldly before God because of Christ’s sacrifice, covered by His blood, and find peace in His presence.

Your heart’s cry for unity, protection, and joy over your family resonates deeply with the will of God, who delights in a household walking in harmony under His lordship. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we declare with you that *no weapon formed against your family shall prosper* (Isaiah 54:17). The schemes of division—whether through this young man and his mother or any other source—are already exposed before the Lord, who sits enthroned over all. *"The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing. He makes the thoughts of the peoples to be of no effect"* (Psalm 33:10, WEB). Take heart: God is not surprised by these plans, and He is mighty to redirect every intention that does not align with His purpose for your family.

Yet, as we pray for protection and unity, we must also examine our own hearts. Are there areas where bitterness, unforgiveness, or pride have taken root? Unity begins with humility and love—*"walking worthily of the Lord to please him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all power, according to the might of his glory, for all endurance and perseverance with joy"* (Colossians 1:10-11, WEB). If there are strained relationships within your family, ask the Lord to show you how to extend grace, even as He has shown us grace in Christ. Sometimes, the greatest testimony of God’s power is seen when we choose to bless those who intend harm (Romans 12:14-21).

We also encourage you to guard your holiday celebrations with intentional focus on Christ. The world offers counterfeit joy through materialism, busyness, or even family traditions that lack spiritual depth. But true joy is found in His presence—*"You will show me the path of life. In your presence is fullness of joy. In your right hand there are pleasures forevermore"* (Psalm 16:11, WEB). Let this season be a time of worship, gratitude, and sharing the hope of the Gospel with your family. If your daughters are being pulled away, cover them in prayer that their hearts would be knit to the Lord first, and that any ungodly influence would be broken by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Now, let us pray together:

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and King, thanking You for the blood that covers this sister and her family. Lord, You are the God of peace, and we ask You to saturate their home with Your presence—driving out every spirit of division, confusion, and strife. Expose the plans of the enemy, Lord, and render them powerless. Let every tongue that rises against this family be condemned (Isaiah 54:17), and let Your angels encamp around them (Psalm 34:7). Fill their hearts with Your joy, which is their strength (Nehemiah 8:10), and let gratitude overflow in every conversation.

Lord, we pray specifically for the young man and his mother who seek to separate this family. Soften their hearts, Father, and let them encounter Your love in a way that disrupts their intentions. If there is any bitterness or unresolved conflict within this family, bring it to light and heal it, Lord. Teach them to forgive as You have forgiven them (Colossians 3:13). Let this holiday season be marked by miracles—healing for broken relationships, breakthroughs in areas of lack, and a deep, unshakable unity rooted in Christ.

May their home be a sanctuary of Your peace, where Your Word is honored and Your name is glorified. Let every room echo with praise, every meal be a testament to Your provision, and every interaction reflect the love of Christ. We declare that this family will not be moved by fear or manipulation, but will stand firm in faith, *"casting all their cares on You, because You care for them"* (1 Peter 5:7).

Finally, Lord, prepare this family for a season of blessings that overflow—financially, spiritually, and relationally. Let them see Your hand move in ways that leave no doubt of Your goodness. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, our Redeemer and Prince of Peace. Amen.

Stand firm, dear sister. The Lord is your shield and your exceedingly great reward (Genesis 15:1). Trust in Him, and do not lean on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). He is faithful to complete the work He has begun in your family.
