Your Word says that where two or three are gathered in Your name, You are in their midst (Matthew 18:20). We stand together in agreement, believing that You hear our prayers and will answer according to Your perfect will. I pray for my entire household, that we may all rest in the peace of God today and every day. May His bright light dispel every shadow of darkness, and may Your presence fill my home with calm, joy, peace and safety. Lord bless me and my children with a restful day, and I ask You to continue guiding and protecting my family in all our travels and daily activities. We join with you in lifting up your precious son before the throne of grace and we thank you for your faithful and fervent prayers for him. We hear your heart as a mother who loves deeply and desires only God's peace and wholeness for your son, and we stand in agreement with you for a calm, quiet and restful night for him.

We are encouraged that you have come in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and there is no other name by which we are saved. Acts 4:12 says there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We rejoice that you have covered your son with the blood of Jesus and declared healing and protection over him.

We pray together for his peace and sleep. The Lord understands his struggles with anxiety, restlessness, confusion and sensory challenges, and He is close to those who feel overwhelmed. We pray that the spirit of fear and torment will depart from him and be replaced by the peace of God which surpasses all understanding. Philippians 4:6-7 tells us in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us that God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.

We pray for his body and mind, that he will eat his meals in peace with gratefulness and be satisfied, and that he will lie down and sleep without disturbance. Psalm 4:8 says you will both lay me down and sleep in peace; for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety. We ask the Lord to heal his mind, body and spirit and to calm every rigid habit, agitation and frustration. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3. And we claim the promise that by his wounds we are healed. Isaiah 53:5.

We also lift up his new schedule, his activities, his outings and his caregivers. We ask God to grant him a gentle and obedient spirit toward those who care for him, and to grant those caregivers and you as his mother an abundance of wisdom, patience and discernment. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. James 1:5. We ask the Lord to provide dedicated, godly caregivers who will bring out the best in him in a calm and caring manner, and to bless every service and meeting concerning him that it would bring breakthrough and favor.

We pray for restoration in your family, for that beautiful unbreakable bond between your son and his sisters. We ask the Lord to remove every obstacle, toxic influence, division and disrespect that seeks to cause havoc and isolation, and to replace it with unconditional love and unity. We pray that where there has been misunderstanding about his disabilities, God would bring respect, acceptance and inclusion, for every child is fearfully and wonderfully made. Psalm 139:14. We ask for godly friendships and mentors to surround him and your whole household, and for your home to be filled with the presence of God and protected from every weapon formed against you. Isaiah 54:17 says no weapon that is formed against you will prevail.

Father, we pray together now, in Jesus' name, surround this dear son with Your hedge of protection and clothe him with the full armor of God. Let Your holy angels encamp around him and guard him in all his ways. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit and saturate him with Your peace, joy, clarity and favor. Let him adjust with ease to his schedule, communicate with gentleness, and find contentment in his meals and routines. Let setbacks be replaced with blessings and let his life be a beacon of Your light. We thank You for the victories You have already given and for the peaceful days You have faithfully granted, and we trust You to continue this work until every anxiety, screaming, rigidity and restlessness bows to the name of Jesus and departs forever. Let him sleep sweetly tonight and wake refreshed, full of Your joy and strength, and let Your peace rest upon his mother and his sisters and all who love him. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

We have been sitting with your prayer for your son tonight. The way you watch over his sleep, his meals, his new schedule and his relationships shows such devoted love, and we hear how heavy it feels when anxiety and restlessness rise in the evening and make it hard for him to settle.

We know changes in routine can be especially hard when there are sensory and emotional sensitivities, and nights can feel long when you are longing for him to be calm and comforted. Caring day and night over time is also deeply demanding, and it is understandable to feel weary as you carry so much for him and for your whole family.

Alongside prayer, it can help to keep a simple shared note with his caregivers about sleep, meals and what seemed to help him feel more at ease, and to bring ongoing distress, agitation or sleeplessness to his doctor or support team so they can walk with you in next steps. You do not have to sort it all alone, and having others who know his patterns can bring more consistency for him and more support for you.

We thank God with you for the more peaceful days you have seen, and we continue to stand with you for his comfort and for unity in your home.

Jesus, we lift this son to You tonight. Cover him with Your peace, quiet his mind and body for sweet sleep and let him wake refreshed. Help him feel safe, satisfied and loved in his meals, activities and relationships. Grant his mother and his caregivers wisdom, patience and rest, and draw him and his sisters close together in kindness. Keep Your hand of protection over this family. In Jesus name, Amen.

Your prayer for your son has been laid before the Lord, and He who neither slumbers nor sleeps hears the cry of a parent's heart. You have asked for that which God loves to give to His own, for sleep is the gift of God. We think that we lay our heads upon our pillows and therefore we sleep, but it is not so. The Lord must give it, for so He giveth His beloved sleep. It is a sleep of contentment and a sleep of security, which no medicine and no art can bestow unless the Lord Himself bestows it. May He now grant to your dear son that peaceful, quiet and calm rest which comes from His hand alone.

You speak of anxiety, restlessness, confusion and agitation, and of nights without sleep. Be assured that anxiety has never yet comforted any soul, nor brought any grist to the mill, nor any meal to the barrel. Indeed the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits us to meet that difficulty. Cast then this burden upon the Lord, for He careth for you and for your son. If you have found the Saviour, trust Him to keep what you have committed to Him. Give no sleep to your eyes till you have found Him, but having found Him, learn to rest in Him.

In every family there is often one who is weak and who requires more tender care. So it is in the spiritual household, and so it is in our homes. It has been said that when one of her family is a little weak, the mother is sure to love that one best and show it the most attention, and her most tender thoughts will always turn towards her helpless child. How much more shall your heavenly Father show tender attention to this dear son whom He has entrusted to you. He sees his autism, his distress, his sensory trials, and the heaviness that comes upon his mind and body, and He is not far from him.

You have prayed for restoration in his relationships and for a hedge of protection about him. The Lord devises means that His banished shall not perish, and He can by a look of love, as He looked upon Peter, sever a soul from the crowd and bring it back to peace. That same Lord can restore the beautiful bond between your son and his sisters, removing what causes division and disrespect, and knitting their hearts together in unconditional love. He can give wisdom and patience to you, to his caregivers, and to all who serve him, that they may with gentleness bring out the best in him and guide him with calm and caring hands.

Let us pray together.

O Lord our God, who giveth sleep to Thy beloved, look in mercy upon this son. Clothe him with Thy full armor, the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the readiness of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit which is Thy Word. Surround him with Thy hedge of protection and let ministering angels encamp around him. Let no weapon formed against him prosper, and let nothing enter his life or his body except it pass through the blood of Jesus Christ Thy Son.

Grant him, we beseech Thee, healing in mind, body and spirit according to Thy perfect will. By the stripes of Jesus we look to Thee for healing. Remove fear, torment, anxiety, frustration and confusion, and cause every negative habit and rigidity to bow to the name of Jesus and depart. Fill him with Thy Holy Spirit, and saturate him with Thy peace which surpasses all understanding, with joy, clarity, gratefulness and favor. Bless his meals, that he may eat in peace with thankfulness and be satisfied. Bless his sleep, that he may lie down without disturbance and wake refreshed. Bless his schedule, his activities, his outings and his friendships, that he may adjust with ease, communicate with gentleness and find contentment in all Thou givest him.

Give to his mother and to his caregivers wisdom, knowledge and discernment to do all the right things to help him be the best he can be. Provide dedicated, godly caregivers and mentors who will uplift him and treat him with respect and love. Anoint his days and his nights with Thy presence, and let Thy bright light dispel every shadow of darkness in that home.

We thank Thee for victories already won and for mercies already granted, and we trust Thee for what Thou wilt yet do. Where two or three are gathered in Thy name, Thou art in the midst, and we stand together in agreement asking these things in the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour, to whom be glory forever. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
