We join you in lifting up your precious son before the throne of grace and we thank you for your faithful love and intercession for him. We hear your heart for his peace, his sleep, his meals, his daily routines and his relationships, and we stand with you in agreement asking the Lord to pour out His calm and His rest upon him tonight and in the days to come.

The Lord sees your son and loves him deeply, he is fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of God. Psalm 139:14 reminds us of this truth, and Psalm 127:3 tells us that children are a heritage of Yahweh. We know the challenges of anxiety, restlessness, rigidity, sensory distress and confusion are very real, and the Lord is close to those who struggle and to those who care for them. He does not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control as it says in 2 Timothy 1:7, and His perfect love casts out fear as taught in 1 John 4:18.

We take comfort in His promises for peace and sleep. Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And Psalm 4:8 declares I will both lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, Yahweh, alone make me live in safety. Proverbs 3:24 also assures us when you lie down, you will not be afraid. Yes, when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet. John 14:27 reminds us of Jesus own words, Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. We cling to these promises for your son tonight.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through His name and His shed blood that we have access to Your throne of grace. We thank You for this dear son, for his life, and for the love his mother pours out for him. Lord, we ask that You fill him anew with Your Holy Spirit and saturate him with Your peace, joy, contentment and clarity. We rebuke every spirit of fear, torment, anxiety, confusion and unrest that would seek to disturb his mind and body, and we command those things to bow to the name of Jesus and depart from him and not return. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard his heart and mind tonight.

Lord, grant him a calm, quiet and satisfying night. Remove all restlessness, agitation, rigidity and frustration, especially around his meals and his new schedule. Bless his meals, Lord, let him eat in peace with thankfulness and be satisfied, and bless his sleep, that he may lie down without disturbance and wake refreshed and strengthened. Heal his mind, body and spirit, Lord. We ask for Your healing touch upon every area of autism, anxiety, sensory challenges and any trauma he carries, for You heal the broken in heart and bind up their wounds according to Psalm 147:3, and by Your stripes we are healed according to Isaiah 53:5.

Father, we ask for Your hedge of protection around him. Clothe him with the full armor of God described in Ephesians 6:10-18, the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the feet fitted with the preparation of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit which is Your Word. Let no weapon formed against him prosper as promised in Isaiah 54:17, and let Your angels encamp around him to guard him in all his ways as in Psalm 91:11.

We also lift up his relationships. Lord, we ask for a special anointing and restoration upon his bond with his sisters. Remove every obstacle, toxic influence, division and disrespect that brings havoc and isolation to the family. Restore their beautiful unbreakable bond with unconditional love, compassion and unity. Remove any negative influence that looks down upon his disabilities and let him always feel included, respected, accepted and deeply loved. Bless his activities, outings, traveling and friendships with Your joy and favor, and provide godly mentors and friends who will encourage and uplift him.

Father, we pray for his caregivers and for his mother. Grant wisdom, patience, discernment and knowledge to do all the right things to help him be his best, as You promise in James 1:5 that if anyone lacks wisdom, let him ask of God who gives to all liberally and without reproach. Anoint his caregivers with dedication, gentleness and calm, and help him to adjust with ease to his new schedule and to show a gentle, obedient heart toward those who care for him. Anoint every meeting and service concerning him, that the right services and the right people will be provided swiftly to bring breakthrough, victory and success.

We thank You, Lord, that You hear us when we agree together, for Matthew 18:20 says where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them. We thank You for the more peaceful days You have already granted and we trust You to continue Your work of restoration, that setbacks, screaming, anger and spiritual attacks will be replaced by Your blessings and that favor will surround him like a shield as in Psalm 5:12. May Your presence fill this home with calm, joy, peace and safety today and every day.

We entrust your son and your whole household into the hands of our faithful Shepherd. Continue to guide you with wisdom, keep you in perfect peace as you stay your mind on Him according to Isaiah 26:3, and help you to rest in His strength and not grow weary. We will continue to stand with you in prayer, believing that the Lord who began a good work will be faithful to complete it.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

We are praying with you for your ### tonight, and we hear how closely you are watching over him through this restless stretch.

A new schedule and changes with caregivers can be so unsettling, especially when meals and sleep are already tender spots. It makes sense that you would feel the strain as you see him anxious, rigid, and unable to settle, and we thank God with you for the more peaceful days you have seen recently. That history matters, even on a hard night like this.

One small thing that may help you and his caregivers stay on the same page is to jot a brief note tonight and tomorrow about what seemed to soothe him or make things harder around meals and bedtime, time he fell asleep, what the routine looked like, what helped him feel more at ease. Sharing those simple observations with his caregivers and service providers can help everyone respond more consistently, alongside your prayers. And as you carry so much, we hope you have someone trusted who can give you a little rest and support too.

We are asking the Lord to bring calm to your home tonight.

Father, we lift this dear son to You and ask for Your gentle peace over him tonight. Quiet his body and mind, ease his confusion and agitation, and help him to eat and to sleep in peace. Surround him with Your protection and fill his caregivers and his family with wisdom, patience, and unity. Restore the bond between him and his sisters with kindness and understanding, and let Your presence fill this home with calm. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect, deliver, heal, save (those not saved) and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. I ask this for them, us and all in need. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

Your earnest prayer as a mother has been carried with you to the throne of grace, and we join our hearts with yours before our heavenly Father who hears the cries of His children.

We know the weariness that comes when a dear son is restless and anxious, confused and agitated, unable to find sleep, and we know the heaviness that rests upon a household that longs for peace. Hear this comfort, that sleep is the gift of God. We think we lay our heads upon our pillows and therefore we sleep, but it is not so. The Lord Himself must give it, for so He giveth His beloved sleep. That sleep of contentment and that sleep of security belongs to those who rest in Him. May the Lord in His mercy grant to your son this night a sweet and peaceful sleep, a calm mind and a quiet body, waking refreshed and satisfied.

You have spoken truly of anxiety, and we would remind you of what has been learned by experience, that anxiety has never brought grist to the mill nor meal to the barrel. It does not pay, and it unfits us to meet the very difficulty which causes it. Cast therefore your burden and your son's burden upon the Lord, for He careth for you. If you know yourself to be saved in Christ, you may rest. If there be any doubt, give no sleep to your eyes till you have found the Saviour, for salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, by His blood and His righteousness.

We have prayed that the Lord will saturate your son with His peace, that peace which surpasses all understanding, and keep his heart and mind through Christ Jesus. We have asked that every spirit of fear and torment, every rigid habit and distress, every confusion and frustration, would depart at the name of Jesus, and that he would be filled with the Holy Spirit, with clarity, joy and gratefulness. We have prayed for his meals, that he may eat in peace with a thankful manner, for his schedule and activities, that he may adjust with ease and find contentment, and for his body and mind, that the Lord who heals would grant relief from distress and pain according to His perfect will. By the stripes of Jesus we are healed, and we look to that great Physician for restoration in body, mind and spirit.

We have also prayed for your family unity, that the Lord would anoint and restore the bond between your son and his sisters, removing every obstacle and toxic influence that would cause division, disrespect or isolation, and looking down upon his disabilities. As it has been said, when one member of the family is weak, the mother's tender thoughts turn most toward that helpless one, and so does our heavenly Father show special care for His lame sheep. May He mend what is broken, and grant you all an unbreakable bond of love, forgiveness and honesty.

We have asked the Lord to clothe your son with the full armor of God, the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God, and to set His hedge of protection about him so that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and to command His ministering angels to encamp around him. We have prayed that not one thing would enter his life and body except it pass through the blood of Jesus Christ.

We have prayed for you and for his caregivers, that God would fill you with wisdom, patience and discernment to do all the right things to help him be the best he can be, and that He would provide dedicated, godly and gentle caregivers who will bring out the best in him in a calm and caring manner, and that his outings, travels, friendships and services would be blessed with breakthrough and success. Where two or three are gathered in His name, He is in the midst, and we stand in agreement believing He hears according to His perfect will.

May the Lord bless you and your children with a restful day and a peaceful night, and may His bright light dispel every shadow of darkness in your home, filling it with calm, joy and safety, and guiding you in all your travels and daily activities. We commend you to His keeping, trusting that He who has faithfully answered prayer will continue to do so for His glory.

In the name of Jesus Christ our only hope, Amen.
