Help me make the right decisions. Place me in the right hands. Thank You for everything.

We hear your cry for peace and guidance, and we come before the throne of grace together, lifting you up in prayer. The longing in your heart to make right decisions and to be placed in the right hands is a holy desire, one that God delights to answer. But we must first acknowledge that true peace and right decisions can only be found in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, who said, "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, I give to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful" (John 14:27 WEB).

If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so now. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Salvation comes through confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). Without this foundation, decisions, no matter how well-intentioned, will lack the divine wisdom and direction that only Christ can provide. If you are ready to make this commitment, we invite you to pray with us:

"Lord Jesus, I come to You now, acknowledging that I am a sinner in need of Your grace. I believe You died for my sins and rose again. I repent of my sins and ask You to come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and guide me in Your ways. In Your precious name, I pray. Amen."

Now, with Christ as your foundation, we can seek His will for your decisions. The Bible tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). This means surrendering every area of your life, your career, relationships, finances, and future, to Him. It means seeking His wisdom through prayer, reading His Word, and listening to the counsel of godly believers.

If you are facing a specific decision, we encourage you to lay it before the Lord and ask for His clarity. James 1:5 assures us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Do not rush ahead in your own strength or rely on worldly advice that contradicts Scripture. Instead, wait on the Lord, for "those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint" (Isaiah 40:31 WEB).

We also pray for you to be placed in the right hands, hands that will point you to Christ, not away from Him. Surround yourself with believers who will encourage you in your faith, hold you accountable, and speak truth into your life. "Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens his friend’s countenance" (Proverbs 27:17 WEB). Be cautious of relationships, whether friendships, courtships, or mentorships, that do not honor God or align with His Word. If you are seeking a spouse, remember that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed to reflect Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). Pursue a godly spouse who shares your faith and commitment to Christ.

Let us pray for you now:

"Heavenly Father, we lift up our dear brother/sister to You, asking that You would fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Lord, we pray that You would guide their steps and illuminate their path with Your truth. Give them wisdom to discern Your will in every decision they face. Place them in the company of godly believers who will sharpen and encourage them in their walk with You. If there are areas of their life where they have not fully surrendered to You, reveal those to them and draw them closer to Your heart. Protect them from deception, fear, and worldly influences that would lead them astray. Father, we ask that You would open the right doors and close the wrong ones, that they may walk in the center of Your will. Strengthen their faith and help them to trust You completely, even when the path is unclear. We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."

Remember, the right decisions are not always the easiest or most popular, but they are the ones that align with God’s Word and bring glory to His name. Stand firm in your faith, and do not be swayed by the opinions of others or the pressures of the world. "Let your eyes look straight ahead. Fix your gaze directly before you. Make the path of your feet level. Let all of your ways be established. Don’t turn to the right hand nor to the left. Remove your foot from evil" (Proverbs 4:25-27 WEB).

We are here for you, and we will continue to pray for you as you seek the Lord’s will. May He bless you abundantly and lead you into all truth.

We hear the longing in your simple prayer for peace and right decisions. When our minds are weighing different paths, it’s easy to feel tangled and anxious, yet you’ve already turned in the very direction that brings calm: asking God to place you in the right hands. That humble trust is a steady foundation.

One thing that can help when decisions feel heavy is to get really practical for a few minutes. Often the pressure comes from trying to hold all the options and all the possible outcomes in our head at once. Instead, try writing down what you’re actually deciding between. Then ask yourself, “What am I ultimately hoping for in this situation?”, that’s your goal. From there, it’s easier to look at each option and see which ones genuinely move toward that goal, and which ones just feel urgent in the moment. If you get stuck, this is a great time to bring in a trustworthy Christian friend or a pastor who can help you sort through alternatives. Their outside perspective can help you see something you might be missing, and that’s part of how God places us in the right hands.

You already ended with thankfulness, and that’s a real source of peace. Even before the answer comes, remembering God’s faithfulness in the past steadies us. So as you walk through this, keep that grateful heart. The path may not light up all at once, but you can move forward one step at a time, knowing you’re not alone.

Lord Jesus, thank You for the ways You have already carried us. For this decision, we ask for a quiet, sure peace that settles deep in the heart. Give clear thinking, block paths that lead away from Your best, and put mature, wise people nearby who can speak truth. We entrust the outcome to You, resting in Your good hands. In Your name, Amen.

The hand that now lies heavy may be your Father's hand, and the pressure you feel is but the tender grip that keeps you from straying. Place me in the right hands, you cry. There is no hand so right, so safe, so strong as the pierced hand of your Redeemer. When the Lord’s hand is upon a poor troubled conscience, it brings peace at once. There is no furrow in the brow which God’s finger cannot smooth away; there is no burden upon the shoulders which God’s hand cannot remove.

Peace, perfect peace! The blood of Jesus whispers peace within. You ask to make the right decisions. The great peace which they have who love God’s way refers to a peace that does not depend on the absence of turmoil, but on the presence of a stayed mind. Here is the secret: the Lord will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Him, because he trusts in Him. When, at last, a soul yields to the Divine method of mercy, it is a virtual surrender of his own will, the ending of rebellion, the establishment of peace. Faith is obedience. Faith is the evidence that the warfare has been ended by unconditional surrender.

Do not wait to feel peace before you trust. The Gospel plan is that men are to trust the Savior before they feel the slightest benefit from Him. You can trust your soul with Jesus. He is able to keep that which you have committed to Him. For you, Lord, have made me glad through Your work; I will triumph in the works of Your hands. Yield yourself at discretion to His method of operating upon you. The Master has come; see the marks of his wounds, see the scars in his hands and feet and side. He asks of you, "Will you yield to me? Will you throw down your weapons? Will you surrender at discretion?"

Father, we lift up this dear one. Guide their decisions and place them in the right hands. *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6). *"The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord"* (Psalm 37:23). Thank You for Your faithfulness. In Jesus' name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your plea for peace is a cry that reaches the very heart of the Gospel. For we have been called into one body, and the peace of Christ must be the umpire in your soul, presiding over every thought and decision. When you ask to be placed in the right hands, know that there is no safer place than in the hands of the Lord, who orders all things for those who love Him. Let your life be a preparation for this peace, a straight path for the good tidings. If you harbor any sin, any love of money or passion for glory, it cuts the bond of love and drives peace away. Even among the wicked, there is no true peace, but only where virtue and righteousness dwell.

Make your decisions not by the world's wisdom, but by the fear of God that is full of delight. Test every choice: does it lead to righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit? For the kingdom of God is not a matter of outward things, but of a pure life and harmony with your brethren. If any path wounds charity or causes another to stumble, it is no right decision, no matter how it seems. And while you still walk in this present night, where sin darkens the soul, walk as a child of the day that is to come. Let gratitude be your constant companion: for this is to be truly thankful, to accept all things from the Master's hand, even when they are hard, knowing that He calls you to a prize worthy of your calling.

That rest you long for is but a foretaste of the eternal peace where sorrow and sighing flee away. There, no fear stuns the soul, no death of body or spirit, but all is light and the desire for good never wearies. Keep your eyes fixed there, and let that hope illuminate your decisions now. Let the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus as you walk in obedience. And for all that He has already done, your thanksgiving rises as a sweet savor before Him.

When you ask for peace and clear direction, you are expressing a desire that God Himself wants to satisfy. He knows your situation completely, every limitation, every uncertainty. And He loves you in the midst of it. The lasting peace you long for does not come from simply making the right decision in your own strength; it flows from a heart that stays anchored in Him, trusting His wisdom above your own.

You mentioned the wish to be placed in the right hands. That is a good instinct, but let me gently remind you that the only truly safe hands are those of the Lord. People, systems, and our own best plans will fail us. The peace that stands firm regardless of choices or outcomes is the peace that comes from making the Lord your trust. It is far better to place your confidence in Him than in any human resource, even your own understanding. When things are confusing and you cannot see the way forward, that is the very moment when trust becomes real. Trusting only when life makes sense is not trust at all; it’s when you don’t understand what He is doing, yet you choose to commit your way to Him, that your trust brings honor to Him and settles your heart.

Scripture speaks of a perfect peace that keeps the one whose mind is stayed on God. That peace isn’t merely the absence of problems. It’s a deep, inner stillness in the middle of chaos, the very peace Jesus promised to leave with His own, a peace the world cannot give. But to experience that, you first need to have peace with God. That comes only through receiving His grace. You cannot earn it or manufacture it; He has made peace through the sacrifice of His Son. When you understand His grace and allow it to wash over your mistakes and fears, then the war inside begins to cease. Grace and peace are always connected that way. Once you are at peace with God, the peace of God can guard your heart and mind.

So as you face these decisions, don’t let your mind be consumed by the weight of the options or by the fear of choosing wrongly. Instead, turn your attention to the Lord continually. Pray about everything, then release it into His care. Delight yourself in Him, commit your path to Him, rest in His timing, and wait for His leading. In a world so full of strife, His promise is to guide you into righteousness, and the effect of that righteousness will be peace. That doesn’t mean every choice will be painless, but you will know a settled confidence that He is working out His good purposes.

Keep your eyes on Jesus. Thank Him for everything He has already done and for how He will carry you. He will be your strength when you feel weak, and He will keep you in perfect peace as you trust in Him forever.
