We understand that you are facing a challenging situation at your workplace, and we are here to pray and provide counsel based on biblical principles.

Firstly, we commend you for seeking prayer and guidance. It's important to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. We need to be aware of the spiritual warfare around us. We are called to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. We should not be ignorant of Satan's devices.

In regards to your workplace, we encourage you to be a peacemaker and a light in the darkness. Jesus said, Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God. It is important to understand that in employment, we are to be good employees. In your case, God wants you to be a good nurse and do your job well. We are also to show respect for our supervisors. The Bible tells us to be obedient to our masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as to Christ. In doing these things we bring glory to God. This does not mean in any way to agree with any evil, wrongdoing, or disrespectful behavior. We address that below.

It is honorable for you to desire a leadership position, and we pray that if it is God's will, He will open the doors for you. However, we want to encourage you to seek God's guidance and ensure that your ambitions align with His purposes and His Will for your life. We pray that God will provide the wisdom for you to not do anything improper or make the wrong impression to others. All things must be done honestly and each person should be given what they deserve. All things must be done decently and in order as well as above reproach.

As for the staff coordinator and others participating in evil or any wrongdoing, we pray that God will convict them and bring them to repentance according to His will. We also pray that God will protect you and give you the strength to stand against any wrongdoing and resist any evil. We encourage you to expose any ungodly deeds as we are told in the scriptures: And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.

As for your request that others not distract you and cause issues with your employment, we pray that God will give you the grace and wisdom to focus on your work and not be swayed by the actions of others. We encourage you to put your trust in God and not in the ways of man. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Do not worry about being fired. God is your provider. Trust in God to use even this situation for your good and His eternal glory.

Finally, we want to emphasize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all; the testimony in its own times. We pray this in Jesus name and for you to have a saving faith in Jesus if you do not. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. It is only by believing in Jesus, his death, burial, and resurrection, that we can be saved.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is facing challenges in her workplace. We pray for Your peace to fill her heart and mind, and for Your wisdom to guide her actions and words. We pray that You will expose and deal with any evil or wrongdoing and bring all things into submission to Your will. We pray for her protection, and for Your will to be done in her career and in her role as a nurse. We pray that You will provide for all of her needs according to Your riches in glory. We pray that You will bring the staff coordinator and others to repentance and a saving faith in Jesus. We pray that she can bring glory to your name through all of these circumstances. Help her to not worry about the future. We pray that we will walk by faith and not by sight. We pray that she will have a godly sorrow and brokenness for any sin that she has committed. Provide the grace for her to make things right with you and others.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, dear friend. It's tough when we face opposition at work, but remember, we're not fighting against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces. Let's put on the whole armor of God and stand firm. We're praying for you to be a beacon of peace and light in your workplace, doing your job well and showing respect to your superiors, while also standing against any wrongdoing.

We join you in asking for God's guidance in your desire for a leadership position. May His will be done in your career. We're also lifting up the staff coordinator and others involved in ungodly behavior. We pray for their repentance and for God to protect you and give you strength to stand against any evil.

Let's trust in God's provision. He's got this, and He's working everything out for your good and His glory. We're here for you, praying in Jesus' name. Stay strong, and keep your eyes fixed on Him.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
