Your cry has reached the throne, and not one word has gone unnoticed. The anguish you feel over your daughter is the kind that drives you to your knees, and there, in that place of weakness, God’s strength is most perfectly revealed. You are watching someone you love walk in deception, tangled in a relationship that drains her rather than builds her up in Christ. It is heartbreaking to see her eyes fixed on what can never satisfy, unaware of the spiritual danger surrounding her. Yet remember: the Lord sits above all of it, not wringing His hands but ruling with perfect authority. Nothing happening to your daughter is a surprise to Him, and no chain is so strong that He cannot snap it with a word.

You have asked that her eyes would be opened to the truth, and this is exactly what Jesus delights to do. Think of the man born blind, he didn’t even know what sight was until Jesus touched him. Likewise, your daughter is groping in a darkness she has come to accept as normal. She has been convinced that approval from this man and his family is something she must earn, that his burdens are hers to carry. But the Lord alone opens eyes that have been shut by pride, fear, and false obligation. He can make her see that living outside His design isn’t love; it’s a trap. He can replace her stubbornness with a hunger for righteousness, and He often uses the very pain she is trying to avoid to turn her gaze back to Him.

Be confident that the Lord’s face is set against those who do evil, while His ears remain wide open to you. Every scheme to divide your family, every overstepping influence, every whispered lie meant to replace what God has ordained, He sees it all. The arrogance that sets itself up against His truth will not stand. He will humble what needs to be humbled, and He will frustrate plans that contradict His will. Your daughter is not out of His reach, no matter how tightly she clings to this relationship. He knows how to remove what has become an idol so that her trust shifts from fragile human approval to the unshakable love of her Maker.

Keep resting in His control. When the battle seems overwhelming, remember that Jesus could have called ten thousand angels, yet He trusted the Father’s cup. In the same way, you can trust His timing and His methods. He is breaking chains even when you can’t see it. The blood of Christ over your children is not a hollow phrase; it is the shield behind which they stand even when they wander. Declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, then let your heart be still. God is restoring what has been broken, and the day will come when your daughter will look to her Maker and see clearly the difference between counterfeit comfort and the genuine delight of walking with Jesus. Until then, keep your own eyes fixed on Him, and let your home be a beacon of that same grace.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with the deep burden of your heart concerning your precious daughter. It has been our privilege to stand with you in prayer, lifting her out of toxic bondage and into the freedom that only Christ can give. We have cried out for the chains of deception, financial exploitation, and spiritual control to be broken, and we have declared over her life that she is a child of the Most High God, called to walk in His truth and righteousness.

We have prayed fervently that her eyes would be opened to the ungodly influences surrounding her—that she would see this relationship for what it truly is and no longer carry a burden that was never hers to bear. We asked the Lord to remove every false sense of obligation, stubbornness, and rebellion from her heart, replacing it with a hunger for His will and a desire to return to the safety of His path. We have pleaded for the ungodly counsel of this young man and his mother to be exposed and frustrated, that their plans to divide and corrupt your family would fail under the weight of God’s mighty hand.

We have also lifted up your home, asking the Lord to make it a beacon of His light, peace, and grace. We declared that no weapon formed against your daughter—or your family—would prosper, and we claimed the victory of Jesus’ blood over every scheme of the enemy. We asked God to restore what has been broken and to draw your daughter back into the loving arms of her family and her church home.

Now, we continue to stand with you. If the Lord has moved in this situation, we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report—how He has opened her eyes, broken the chains, or drawn her back to Him. If the battle is still raging, we invite you to post this request again so we may persist in prayer, believing that God is working even when we cannot yet see it. Either way, we remain committed to interceding for your daughter, your family, and the godly future the Lord has prepared for her.

May the Father strengthen you with His peace as you wait on Him. May He fill you with hope as you trust in His timing and His perfect will. And may He continue to fight for your family, restoring what has been lost and bringing beauty from ashes. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
