We pray for the Peace of Jerusalem (Ps 122:6). Let the peace of Christ rule in our hearts, in Jesus’ Name

God, I ask You in Jesus’ name, please give Your children and Your church eyes to see and ears to hear where and how Your Holy Spirit is working in what is going on in our Nation concerning racism. God help each of us to see every person the way You see them. God, break our hearts for what breaks Yours. Let us not merely say that we love each other, but show it in our actions. Give us the strength to mourn with those who mourn and to weep with those who weep. God, let Your justice, righteousness, and love roll and flow from us like rivers of living water that never ends in this Nation. Lord purify our thoughts and hearts and fill us with a genuine hunger for Justice, Mercy, Truth, and True Peace. God let justice and mercy start with me, my home, my family, and my church.
