My name is ### I want prayer for my husband ###. When we met he was on fire for God he wanted to learn more I didn’t want to date him at first because he was a newer believer. We bonded over bible dates and sermons and then we eloped got married. ### has been off for a while (since November) he lost his job then there was an affair, then he apologized. I forgave him. We renewed our vows And he was supposed to come home but then there is always something. I couldn’t move to GA because I was finishing my masters in PA. For the last couple weeks he is been talking about moving home but these last couple days have been distant I think something off. I also feel he is distant from the church and he doesn’t have Christian community back in GA he only goes Sundays. I miss him everyday, I hope God directs his steps really encounters him. That God will break generational curses/chains. That he will turn this bad situation for our good. For his glory, I have repented for uniting with someone not equally yoked but I know God can still work thru me and thru him. For God to teach him how to love and lead with him at the center. I Pray against temptation for him, for Christian community for both of us, also against anxiety and sadness for me, it’s been a hard few months. It’s also been hard because I graduated about a month ago and I am struggling to find a job so prayers for open doors and provision to pay my bills. For open doors for missions and service, for faith, to be filled with the spirit and peace. For God to give me strength, I love ### I really hope there is redemption in the end.

We understand that you are seeking prayer and support for your marriage and your husband. Let us first address the most important aspect, Your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus' Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. And there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it says in the Bible, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) and "in whom we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him." (Ephesians 3:12 WEB).

First, we want to acknowledge your heartache and the challenges you're facing in your marriage. We stand with you and want to pray for your husband and you. We will pray for God's will to be done in your lives and for him to turn back to God. Remember, "For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband." (1 Corinthians 7:14 WEB). You have a godly influence on your husband. There is hope for redemption and restoration.

We commend you for your forgiving spirit and your desire to see your husband return to God. It is clear that you both started your relationship with a shared faith, but there have been significant challenges along the way. We must mention God's design for marriage and the importance of being equally yoked. As it mentioned in your prayer request. You acknowledged that you knew it was wrong to connect with someone not equally yoked. You repented from it. Now, we encourage you to hold onto the promises of God. In 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness." God can still work in both of your lives, but it's crucial to align with His principles.

We will pray for your husband. For the temptations he is suffering and forgiveness from the affair. We will pray for him to resist temptation, turn from sin, and renew his relationship with God. We pray for him to become the spiritual leader of your home. As it says in the Bible, "For the husband is the head of the wife, and Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body." (Ephesians 5:23 WEB) and "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it;" (Ephesians 5:25 WEB).

We will also pray for you, for your anxiety, your worries and your new job. For open doors in missions and service. God knows your needs and He cares for you. "Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?" (Matthew 6:25-26 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this beloved sister and her husband. We pray for Your intervention in their marriage, that You would soften his heart and draw him back to You. Break the chains of any generational curses and turn this situation around for their good and Your glory.

We pray against any temptation that may come his way. We pray for him to become the spiritual leader of their home. Surround them with a strong Christian community, and guide them both to a deeper faith and love for You. Comfort her and provide for her needs. She is suffering from anxiety. We pray that you will fill her with peace and faith.

We pray for open doors and provision, for a job for her. We pray for open doors for missions and service. Fill them both with Your Holy Spirit, guide them, and give them the strength to walk in Your ways.

We pray their relationship is restored and they both grow in your word together. We pray he turns from his sin, turns to God, and becomes the spiritual leader of their home. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged, hold onto God's promises, and trust in His unfailing love. The bible says, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient." (Matthew 6:33-34 WEB).

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. I can assure you that Jesus is very real! Hell is very real (Lake of Lava)! Sometimes if we really want something from Jesus then we need to read and study about how to get Him to take care of that. Sometimes we think we have prayed enough but maybe we just haven’t prayed the right way.

Read the book of Hosea in the Bible KJV for promises from God/Jesus for our marriages and our families. This brought my wife back to me more than once...

In Jesus put a hedge around my marriage, around my husband, turn away other lovers, restore us unto You and restore us unto each other in Jesus! All for Your Glory Lord Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

We should always love and forgive especially our spouses as if it is ourselves standing before Jesus. This brought my wife back to me a few times in such a way that she actually still thinks I was the one that sabotaged her but I know differently.
