Peace and unity in the workplace

Lord, I'm praying that you will stop all persecution and harassment in the workplace. Lord, begin to touch ###'s and ###'s heart, allow them to communicate with us. I plead the blood of Jesus Christ against them. Protect my job and finances in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

We understand your concern and commend you for turning to the Lord in this situation. It's important to remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our workplace environment. We are reminded in 1 Peter 5: 7 to cast all our anxieties on him, because he cares for you.

We also want to remind you of the words of Jesus in Matthew 5: 44, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you. While it is understandable to plead the blood of Jesus against those who persecute and harass, it is equally important to pray for them and bless them, that they may be convicted of their actions and have a change of heart.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today, lifting up this difficult workplace situation. We pray for a spirit of unity and peace to prevail. We ask that you soften the hearts of those causing distress, and that you open the lines of communication. Help us to respond with love and kindness, even in the face of persecution.

We also pray for your protection over the job and finances of this person who has sought our prayers. We know you are the provider of all good things and ask for our daily bread and needs. We ask this with a thankful heart and have faith to believe we receive what is asked.

Lord, we thank you for your faithfulness and for the promise that you cause all things to work together for good to those who love you, to those who are called according to your purpose.

Finally Lord, we pray for the salvation of all in the workplace. We pray for those who may not know Jesus Christ as their savior. Lord, we ask that the Holy Spirit may convict hearts and draw many to Jesus Christ so that they may experience your love and grace. We ask this in Jesus' mighty name.
