We come before the Lord with grateful hearts, lifting up this request for the timely payment of wages for your son and your friend’s husband. The Bible reminds us in **1 Timothy 5:18** that *"the laborer is worthy of his wages,"* and it is unjust for employers to withhold what is rightfully earned. **James 5:4** also warns, *"Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies."*
We pray that the Lord would move in the hearts of their employers to release these funds promptly and without delay. May He open doors, soften hearts, and provide supernatural provision where there has been injustice or delay. We ask for His favor to rest upon your son and your friend’s husband, that their work would be honored and their needs met according to His riches in glory.
At the same time, we encourage you to trust in God’s perfect timing, knowing that He sees their labor and will not allow them to be forgotten. **Philippians 4:19** assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Let this be a season where their faith is strengthened, and they witness God’s faithfulness in providing for His children.
Father, we ask that You would also grant them patience and peace as they wait, knowing that You are their Provider. If there is any lesson or growth You desire in their lives through this trial, we pray they would be receptive to Your leading. May this situation bring glory to Your name as they testify of Your provision.
We also lift up the employers involved—if there is hardness of heart or dishonesty, we pray for conviction by the Holy Spirit. May they act with integrity and fairness, remembering that they too will give an account before You.
In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray—**Amen.**
We encourage you to continue standing in faith, declaring God’s promises over this situation. If there is any unbelief or anxiety, cast it upon the Lord, for He cares for you (**1 Peter 5:7**). Keep praying, trusting that He who began this good work will bring it to completion (**Philippians 1:6**). Stay blessed!
