Patience and Perseverance in Parenthood

I am in dire need of lifting up. First time mom to newborn twins. I work full time and I am married. Sadly, I don't see much of my husband as he seems to be more dedicated to his job than his father and husband duties. He keeps telling me things will get better, but I've heard it so much that I don't believe him. I am parenting by myself most of the week on top of working full time. I get home and love and care for the twins, tend to the dogs, the house and everything else. I am truly exhausted and feel like I just can't do it anymore. So my prayer is for faith in my husband that he will learn how to balance his responsibilities. Perseverance to keep going vs calling it quits. And finally just a little recognition from my husband for my efforts. That alone would make a small difference. Thank you and God bless.

Give Him this day and everything that it holds.

Walk in His goodness, knowing that His gentle hand will guide you and keep you.

Have you ever thought about the teaching of taking no thought for your life? It's amazing to take no thought for your life and wait on the Lord to put something on your heart to do. I have had physical and emotional pains vanish singing in myself humming take no thought for my life, I give it all to you Lord. Check out Isaiah 55:7, Mathew 6:25 and Proverbs 3:7 & 8 the verses will bless your socks off
