God is sending us wonderful pastors to guide the flock and to feed God's word. We should be thankful to the Lord for giving us wonderful people who are prepared and ready to serve Jesus till He call them to glory.

Pastors are called all the time to minister those who need God in their life. They come in a wedding, funeral, or a hospital visit. They get invited into the center of any important event where Jesus name is proclaimed. Each pastor needs our prayers on a daily basis. They are tempted just as anyone else is. They are in charge on so many things in the house of the Lord. Assisting financial matters. Overseeing management on all areas of the church. Supporting the staff and volunteers. Feeding the hungry, clothing the naked and visiting the sick and the elderly. So many things to do. They need our prayers for strength and wisdom from God.

I am asking that the Lord be near you at the start of a new day. To grant you health and blessings for you and all your family members. I am asking for happiness and peace down deep in your soul. May the Lord bless your life as you minister to everyone. In Jesus name. Amen

I'm not a pastor, but of the areas I have fallen short in, one Christian instruction I do stick to is, I do "show myself" to, say, the elderly and sometimes emotionally needy in times when expected. Like, even among family members, the person who their offspring might not be available to visit or call at times or for certain reasons, I do "show myself" and be present to make them feel wanted. They will all attest to that. Not for my own ego, or to "rub it in" to the others, but because I feel it's the Christian thing to do. "Rejoice with those who rejoice, mourn with those who mourn." They commend me for it, but it's not because I'm trying to be a hero, again, it's one of our duties to comfort those in need. And yes, in other areas I have fallen short, but with that I agree with your explanation, it's what we do.

Love is not about words, it's about action. May God bless you greatly.

Your honesty is so engulfing when I see the face of my pastor. Full of the presence of Jesus. Smiling, showing the joy of the Lord as our strength to continue the road that leads to heaven. No tension at all, full of peace and grace, just as Jesus would have faithful servants of the living God act with love and care for their flock. Bless them all we pray. Amen

I love my pastor. Love the sermons he brings every Sunday and for prayer meeting he is always ready to tell us the truth of God's word. I pray for him and for all true pastors who love the Lord and the work they do for Jesus. May God bless them and give them wisdom from heaven to continue the work He told them to do.
