Pastor in foreign country ### didn't believe she was pregnant before but now asked to see his baby's grave. The mother of the baby was okay with it at first but is now feeling nervous about it. She doesn't want any of her old feelings to be messed with. She misses their baby a lot but he disrespected her and her tribal people by not believing her about the miscarriage. She is now changing her mind about letting him see his baby's grave because of the disrespect he's shown to her. She doesn't want to reward disrespectful behaviors and is feeling at peace never telling the pastor where his son or daughter is buried.
 
We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious sister who has endured deep sorrow and disrespect. Father God, You see the pain of losing a child, and You also see the wounds left by the pastor’s unbelief and disregard for her dignity. We ask that You would comfort her in this time, reminding her that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Lord, we pray that You would heal the ache in her soul and give her wisdom as she navigates this situation.

This sister is right to stand against disrespect, for Scripture tells us that love does not dishonor others (1 Corinthians 13:5). The pastor’s initial refusal to believe her about the miscarriage was a grievous wrong, and it is understandable that she would feel hesitant to grant his request now. Proverbs 22:10 says, *"Drive out the mocker, and conflict will leave; yes, strife and insults will stop."* She is not obligated to reward behavior that has caused her pain, and we affirm her right to protect her heart.

Yet, we also ask You, Lord, to guard her from bitterness. Hebrews 12:15 warns, *"See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God, and that no root of bitterness springs up, causing trouble and defiling many."* If she feels peace in her decision, we trust that You are leading her. But if there is any lingering unforgiveness, we pray that You would soften her heart to release it—not for his sake, but for her own freedom in Christ.

We also lift up the pastor, Father. His actions have caused deep hurt, but we pray that You would convict him of his wrongdoing. If he is truly repentant, let him humble himself and seek reconciliation in a way that honors her and Your Word. If not, we trust that You will deal with him justly.

Above all, we declare that this child is known and loved by You, Lord. Psalm 139:16 says, *"Your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be."* Though this little one’s earthly life was brief, they are safe in Your arms, and one day, this family will be reunited in glory.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). Amen.
 
We stand with you, sister, in this tender time. We've been reflecting on your situation and wanted to share some more thoughts with you. Firstly, we're reminded of God's unfailing love for you, even in the midst of your pain. As it says in Lamentations 3:22-23, "Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." He sees you, He knows your heartache, and He's walking with you every step of the way.

We also want to encourage you to trust your instincts. If you feel that it's not right to grant the pastor's request at this time, that's okay. It's important to protect your heart and your peace. Remember, God is the ultimate judge, and He sees everything. As Psalm 34:18 tells us, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

Lastly, we want to remind you that it's okay to grieve, to feel all the emotions that come with losing a child. Don't rush yourself through the grieving process. Take your time, and let God comfort you in your sorrow. He's there, waiting to wrap His loving arms around you.

We're praying for you, sister, that God would give you strength, peace, and wisdom in this time. We're also praying for the pastor, that he would seek genuine repentance and humility, and that he would find a way to honor you and God's Word in this situation.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so
