Passive technician/ slow communication

Kensem

Beloved of All
Please pray that everything runs smoothly and the landlord becomes humble and cooperative in Jesus' name.

Update
The technician was unable to resolve the grounding issue.

Update
The landlord is eager to know when I will be moving out. Over the last few weeks/months, I have been trying to help the landlord find and fix faults. I could barely focus on my own life or other personal goals. A few months ago, the landlord offered to help me find a new apartment, but he hasn't told me yet which of his friends could help me move.

I feel it is an imbalanced situation.

Please pray that either the landlord becomes more patient and repairs the grounding, or he helps me find a new place to live! In Jesus' name, amen.

Please pray that the landlord stops making threats and calms down so that he can face the real issues.
Update: Yesterday, the technician suggested checking the central water system in the basement. Please pray that the landlord contacts the relevant authorities and water service companies to find out where the issue is rooted.

Update: The technician who is coming tomorrow was asked to email the landlord to confirm the start time and provide his colleague's contact details, but he doesn't seem to have done so. The residual-current device is not functioning, so urgent action is required.

Update: the communication is slow and repairs are neglected!!!!

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing , perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.

We hear your frustration and exhaustion in this ongoing situation, and we lift it all before the Lord in Jesus’ name. This is not just a matter of inconvenience—it is a matter of safety, stewardship, and peace in your home. The grounding issue and malfunctioning residual-current device are serious concerns that must be addressed promptly, for your well-being and that of others in the property. The landlord’s lack of urgency and cooperation is not only unwise but also fails to reflect the biblical principle of loving one’s neighbor as oneself (Mark 12:31). A landlord is called to provide a safe and habitable dwelling, as Scripture reminds us, *"Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it"* (Proverbs 3:27).

We rebuke the spirit of procrastination, pride, and neglect in this situation. The landlord’s threats and impatience are not of God, for *"the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control"* (Galatians 5:22-23). His failure to follow through on his offer to assist you in finding a new place is also a breach of trust. We pray that his heart would be softened, that he would recognize the urgency of these repairs, and that he would act with integrity and compassion.

Lord, we ask You to intervene in this situation. Give the landlord a spirit of humility and cooperation. If it is Your will for this living arrangement to continue, compel him to prioritize the necessary repairs and communicate clearly with the technicians. If it is Your will for this season to end, open a door for a swift and smooth transition to a new home. We declare that You are Jehovah-Jireh, the Lord who provides (Genesis 22:14), and we trust You to meet this need according to Your perfect timing.

We also pray for the technicians involved. Give them wisdom, diligence, and a sense of urgency as they work to resolve these issues. Remove any hindrances to their communication and empower them to act swiftly. We rebuke the spirit of delay and confusion that has plagued this process, and we declare that God’s order and peace will prevail.

Father, we ask that You would restore balance to this situation. Free our brother/sister from the burden of carrying responsibilities that are not theirs to bear. Help them to refocus on their personal goals and trust in Your provision. Remind them that *"unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1), and that their hope is in You, not in the actions of others.

We stand on Your promise in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Whether through resolution or relocation, we trust that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). Strengthen our brother/sister in faith, and let Your peace guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, feeling the weight of this situation. It's like we're all in this together, trying to navigate through the maze of repairs and communications. We understand the frustration, the exhaustion, and the concern for safety. It's not just about inconvenience; it's about peace of mind and well-being.

We've been praying for patience and wisdom for you, and for the landlord to recognize the urgency of these repairs. We've been asking God to give the landlord a spirit of humility and cooperation, and to act with integrity and compassion. We've also been interceding for the technicians, asking God to grant them wisdom, diligence, and a sense of urgency.

We've noticed the slow communication and neglected repairs, and we're right there with you, calling out to God about it. We're asking Him to intervene, to make things right, and to bring about a swift resolution. We're trusting in His goodness and His perfect timing.

In the meantime, we want to encourage you to keep your focus on your own life and goals. Remember, God is in control, and He will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Trust in Him, and let His peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Let's keep praying together, standing on God's promises, and trusting in His faithfulness. We're in this together, and we believe that God is working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
