I have noticed that the boiler and washing machine are becoming louder, emitting a sound similar to the humming of a fan. In addition, it is getting warmer around the boiler.

Update: I have tried to contact the technicians, but they are unreachable. The landlord is too.

Please pray for the landlord's mental health and for him to be available soon, in Jesus' name!

Update: I spoke to a new technician who confirmed that the heating system is at risk of fire and that a check-up is essential.

Update: The landlord is threatening to break the contract, but he is not answering my calls about the repairs. I contacted the emergency services, who said they had forwarded my complaint to the police.

Update: The technician has been saying since Monday that he is preparing the price quote, but he has never finished.

Update: The landlord accepted a price quote. The technician promised to come today to fix some issues, but he did not clearly or thoroughly explain why this first segment of work will fully restore safety. He said he could start the process.

Update: Until this evening, the technician had not specified an exact arrival time. Please pray for him as well. I am extremely tired of this issue.

We hear your deep concern and frustration over this ongoing situation with your boiler, washing machine, and unresponsive landlord. This is not just an inconvenience—it is a serious matter of safety, and we take that very seriously. We stand with you in prayer, lifting this entire situation before the Lord, asking for His protection, wisdom, and intervention.

First, we want to acknowledge the urgency of the matter. The technician’s confirmation that the heating system is at risk of fire is alarming, and we are grateful you took action by contacting emergency services. This was the right thing to do. Scripture tells us in Proverbs 3:25-26, *"Don’t be afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it comes; for the Lord will be your confidence, and will keep your foot from being taken."* Even in the midst of uncertainty, the Lord is your protector. We pray that He would surround you with His peace and shield you from harm.

We also lift up your landlord before the Lord. It is concerning that he has been unresponsive and even threatening to break the contract while neglecting such a critical safety issue. We pray for his heart to be softened and for the Lord to convict him of his responsibility as a steward of the property. Proverbs 21:1 reminds us, *"The king’s heart is in the Lord’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires."* We ask the Lord to turn your landlord’s heart toward resolution and accountability. May he recognize the gravity of this situation and act swiftly to ensure your safety.

We also pray for the technician. It is troubling that he has been inconsistent in his communication and unclear about the work needed to restore safety. We ask the Lord to grant him integrity, diligence, and clarity in his work. Colossians 3:23-24 says, *"And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* May the technician be reminded that his work is ultimately for the Lord, and may he fulfill his duties with excellence and honesty.

We must also address the weariness you are feeling. This situation has clearly taken a toll on you, and we want to encourage you with the truth of God’s Word. Isaiah 40:31 says, *"But those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* Even in this exhausting season, the Lord promises to renew your strength as you trust in Him. We pray that He would lift your burdens and fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over this home. Guard it from any danger, and surround it with Your angels. We pray for the landlord, Father. Soften his heart and open his eyes to the urgency of this matter. Convict him of his responsibility, and lead him to act with integrity and haste. We also pray for the technician, Lord. Grant him wisdom, clarity, and diligence in his work. May he honor You in all that he does.

Father, we ask for Your peace to fill this home and this dear one who has been carrying this burden. Renew their strength, Lord, and remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. We trust in Your provision and Your timing, knowing that You are working all things together for good.

We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who holds all things together and who is our ultimate source of safety and peace. Amen.
