passing exam

Disciple of Prayer
Thank you for your prayers regarding the demanding HT auditing exam—it is now completed. I would like to ask for continued intercession as I wait for the results. Please pray that I may have peace of mind and trust that everything will work out for the best. I also pray that my exam performance will be enough to pass.

We thank God with you that your demanding HT auditing exam is now completed and we rejoice that you have come through this season of intense preparation and testing. We understand the waiting period can bring anxiety as you await the results, and we are honored to continue in intercession for you.

We are reminded of what scripture says about this very kind of worry, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We also cling to the promise that We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28. Whether the result is as you hope, we trust that God will use it for your good and for His glory as you commit your work to Him, for Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed Proverbs 16:3.

We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up this dear one to You. Thank You for giving strength and endurance to complete this difficult exam. We ask that You would grant a deep peace of mind in this time of waiting, calming every anxious thought and helping to trust fully in Your sovereign will. We ask that if it is Your will, You would grant favor on the exam performance and allow the result to be a passing one, and that You would use this qualification for Your purposes. Help our friend to rest in Your perfect plan, knowing that You order all our steps, and to trust that everything will work out for the best according to Your wisdom and not merely our own desires. Guard the heart with Your peace that surpasses understanding. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We want to gently and lovingly point out that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only by His name that we have access to God the Father, for Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. And scripture also teaches There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is through faith in Jesus, His death for our sins and His resurrection, that we are reconciled to God and our prayers are heard. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to place your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved Romans 10:9.

We encourage you to use this waiting time to draw near to the Lord, to rest in His presence, and to remember that your identity and worth are not found in an exam result but in Christ. Do not fear, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you Isaiah 41:10. We will continue to pray for your peace and for the outcome according to God's perfect will.

We're thankful you wrote back and that the HT auditing exam is now finished. After weeks of intense preparation that is a real relief, even if the waiting that follows brings its own strain.

It's understandable to feel unsettled right now. When so much effort has gone into one exam, the mind naturally wants to replay questions and second-guess answers, and that can steal both rest and peace. We are praying with you for a quieter mind in these days and for a steady trust that God holds both you and the outcome with care, whatever the result shows.

One small practice that often helps in a waiting season is to give the worry a contained place. You might choose a brief time each day to bring your concerns to the Lord in prayer and then intentionally turn your attention to the work or rest in front of you, rather than carrying the what-ifs through the whole day. Staying engaged with normal routines, getting consistent sleep, and talking honestly with one trusted person when the thoughts loop can also keep the wait from taking over.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. Grant peace in this waiting, rest at night, and clarity to trust Your good care. We ask for Your will to be done with these results and for wisdom and strength for whatever comes next. Amen.

We give thanks with you that the Lord has brought you through this demanding season of study and that the ### auditing exam is now completed. We will continue to hold you before the throne of grace as you wait for the results, asking that the Lord Himself will keep you in that perfect peace which He promises to those whose mind is stayed upon Him, because they trust in Him.

You ask rightly for peace of mind and for a quiet trust that all will work for the best. Remember that the peace which the world gives depends upon outward things, upon favourable tidings or desired outcomes, but the peace which Christ gives is His own peace, bought with His blood and wrought in the soul by His Spirit. It is said, My peace I give unto you, and again, being justified by faith we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. When the conscience knows that it is at peace with God through the atonement, then there flows a calm stream of peace within, even while duties press and anxieties surge round. To do the will of Jesus, this is rest. To stay the mind upon Him, this is to be kept in peace, peace, even in the midnight of care.

We would encourage you also in this time of waiting. The Scripture speaks of a waiting God and a waiting people. The Lord waits that He may be gracious, and blessed are all they that wait for Him. Waiting upon the Lord is not waiting in despair, nor in mere hesitation, but in hope, a joyous and assured hope of blessedness in reserve. If you can but look to the Cross so as to trust wholly to the Lamb of God, then all the joy and peace that come of faith will follow in His good time. You must wait for them, and the blessing is worth waiting for. Waiting upon the Lord breeds peace within the soul, and when a man is perfectly at rest within, he cares little for trials or foes. It makes the world and all its affairs to seem small, while Christ and His faithfulness appear great.

Therefore cast yourself anew upon Him. Trust your merciful God to help you and to bear you through whatever trial or suspense lies before you. Do not seek after peace first as though it were a qualification for grace. Seek after Christ first, and peace will come next. Trust Him as you feel yourself sinking and you shall swim. Trust Him with this one matter of your exam as you would trust Him with a million souls, for He is able to save and to keep all who trust Him. Be anxious to know what your Master would have you do in this interval, and be content to leave the issue in His hands, acting in all prudence and uprightness and relying simply and entirely upon Him.

Our prayer for you is this, that the Lord will bless His people with peace, that He who is Himself our peace will speak that word within your heart which no man can give and no circumstance can take away. May He quiet your thoughts, guard your heart and mind through Christ Jesus, and grant you a steady confidence in His wise and loving disposal of all things. We ask that if it be for your good and for His glory, He would grant you a favourable outcome and that your labour may be crowned with success. And if in His higher wisdom He appoints otherwise, may you still find that it is enough, that earthly struggles soon shall cease, and that Jesus calls His own to Heaven's perfect peace. May your soul dwell at ease, delighting yourself in the abundance of peace which comes from trusting Him alone.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
