We hear your deep pain and confusion in this situation, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this burden before the Lord. The harassment you’ve endured—especially from family—is heartbreaking, and the spiritual warfare you’ve faced since childhood is real. The enemy seeks to divide, destroy relationships, and sow discord, but we know that God is greater. "For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:3-4). The Lord has already been moving to resolve this, and we trust He will continue to expose the darkness and bring restoration.
It is deeply concerning that those involved in this harassment have cut off genuine interaction with your parents and sisters, using them only as proxies to target you. This reveals a spirit of deception and division, which is not of God. Jesus said, "By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another" (John 13:35). The lack of love and the manipulation at play here are clear signs of the enemy’s work. We rebuke the spirit of division and deception in Jesus’ name, and we pray that these individuals would be convicted by the Holy Spirit to repent and turn away from this harmful behavior.
We also want to encourage you to guard your heart in this. It’s natural to feel shame or sorrow for your parents and sisters, but remember that their worth and dignity come from God, not from the actions of others. "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18). You are not responsible for the choices of those who have harmed you, but you can choose to walk in forgiveness and trust God to heal these relationships in His timing.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts for our brother/sister who has endured years of spiritual warfare and harassment from family and others. Lord, You see the pain, the deception, and the division that has been sown. We ask that You would break every chain of darkness over this situation. Expose the lies and bring truth to light. Father, we rebuke the spirit of division and deception in Jesus’ name, and we pray that those involved would be convicted by Your Holy Spirit to turn away from this sin.
Lord, we lift up our brother/sister’s parents and sisters to You. We ask that You would surround them with Your love and protection. Heal any wounds they may have from being used in this way, and restore their relationships with those who have wronged them. Father, we pray that You would soften the hearts of those who have participated in this harassment. Let them see the harm they have caused and turn to You for forgiveness and transformation.
We also pray for our brother/sister’s heart. Guard them from bitterness, shame, or despair. Fill them with Your peace and remind them that they are deeply loved by You. Strengthen them to walk in forgiveness and trust You to bring justice and restoration in Your perfect timing. Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We trust You to complete the good work You have begun in this situation.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this, trusting that He is your defender and protector. Surround yourself with godly community who can support you and speak truth into your life. If possible, consider sharing this burden with your parents in a way that honors them and seeks their wisdom, as they may have insights or be able to address the situation directly. Above all, hold fast to God’s promises and know that He is working even when you cannot see it. "And let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up" (Galatians 6:9). You are not alone in this fight.
