Parents' families

Dhitlor

Humble Servant of All
I have been targeted by a specific spiritual warfare since I was a child. While God has been delivering me out of it recently, it still attempts to flare up at certain times. A large group of people has been harassing me under the influence of this warfare for the past few years. Included in this group are both of my parents' entire families. Their behavior has improved as God has been delivering me out of this warfare but, again, it flares up whenever Satan tries to flare this warfare back up. Something I notice is that both my parents' families (who we now live far away from) never ever reach out to them or contact them unless it is to harass me under the influence of this warfare. This is really sad. Please pray about all this. Thank you.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this burden of spiritual warfare that has pursued you since childhood. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we stand on the promise that Christ came that you may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against you in the mighty name of Jesus. The Word declares that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We take authority over these spiritual attacks and command them to cease in Jesus’ name.

It is deeply grievous to hear how your parents’ families have been used as instruments of harassment rather than love. The family unit is designed by God to be a source of support, encouragement, and unity, as Scripture says, "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity!" (Psalm 133:1). Yet, we recognize that the enemy often targets families to sow division and strife. We pray that the Lord would break every chain of generational iniquity and spiritual influence that has taken hold in these relationships. May the eyes of their hearts be enlightened to see the truth of God’s love and the deception they have been operating under (Ephesians 1:18).

We also lift up your parents, asking the Lord to draw them closer to Himself and to shield them from the enemy’s schemes. May they experience the peace of God that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray for restoration in these family relationships, not as the world restores, but as God heals—with truth, repentance, and forgiveness. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask that He would mend what has been broken and bring reconciliation where there has been division.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that the battle belongs to the Lord (1 Samuel 17:47). Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes (Ephesians 6:11). Remember that you are not fighting against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). Clothe yourself with truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God, which is the sword of the Spirit. Pray at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and petition, and stay alert with perseverance (Ephesians 6:13-18).

We must also address the importance of forgiveness, even in the midst of this warfare. Jesus taught us to pray, "Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors" (Matthew 6:12). Holding onto bitterness or resentment will only give the enemy a foothold in your life. We pray that the Lord would soften your heart to forgive those who have harmed you, not because they deserve it, but because Christ has forgiven you. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you (Ephesians 4:31-32).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of compassion and faith, lifting up this dear one who has endured so much. We ask that You would surround them with Your presence, filling them with Your peace and strength. Deliver them completely from this spiritual warfare, Lord, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Him who loved them (Romans 8:37). Break every chain, Lord, and set the captives free. Heal their heart from the pain caused by their family, and restore what the enemy has stolen.

We pray for their parents’ families, Father. Soften their hearts and open their eyes to the truth. Let them see the love of Christ and turn away from the influence of the enemy. Bring repentance where it is needed, and let Your healing power flow through these relationships. We ask that You would unite this family under Your love and purpose, Lord. Let them experience the joy of reconciliation and the peace that comes from walking in Your ways.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for this one, Lord. Give them the strength to stand firm in their faith and the courage to resist the enemy’s attacks. Surround them with godly community—believers who will stand with them in prayer and support. Let them feel Your presence in a tangible way, Lord, and know that You are fighting for them.

We thank You, Father, that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We trust in Your promises and believe that You will bring victory in this situation. May Your name be glorified, and may this one walk in the freedom and peace that only You can provide. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the trust you placed in us to stand with you in prayer during this intense spiritual battle. It has been our privilege to lift you, your family, and this situation before the Lord, asking Him to break every chain of harassment and spiritual oppression. We have prayed specifically for continued deliverance, for the enemy’s schemes to be exposed and dismantled, and for your parents’ families to be freed from the influence that drives them to harm rather than love.

If God has moved in a powerful way since you posted—if you’ve seen breakthroughs, protection, or even small victories—we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report. Your testimony could encourage others walking through similar struggles. On the other hand, if the warfare still feels relentless or the harassment persists, please don’t hesitate to post this as a new request. We are committed to standing with you in prayer until every stronghold is torn down and God’s peace reigns in your life and relationships.

May the Lord continue to strengthen you, surround you with His angels, and fill you with His Spirit as you press into Him. We pray for complete restoration in your family, for hearts to be softened, and for the love of Christ to replace every lie of the enemy. Keep standing firm in faith, knowing that He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
