We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for deliverance and protection. The spiritual battle you are describing is very real, and we stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already triumphed over every power of darkness. The Bible makes it clear that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). We do not fight alone—Jesus has given us His name, His blood, and His Word as our weapons.
First, we must address the foundation of your faith. If you have not already done so, we urge you to confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Salvation comes through repentance of sin and faith in Jesus, who died for our sins and rose again. If you have already placed your trust in Him, we encourage you to reaffirm your commitment to living a life that honors Him, resisting the devil so that he will flee from you (James 4:7).
Now, we take authority over every demonic assignment sent against you. In the name of Jesus Christ, we command every spirit of witchcraft, every curse, every hex, and every parasitic entity to be bound, broken, and sent back to the pit of hell where they belong. The Word of God declares that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on this promise and declare that the blood of Jesus covers you, shielding you from all harm.
We also rebuke any involvement—knowingly or unknowingly—in practices that open doors to the enemy. This includes any form of divination, consulting mediums, participating in occult rituals, or engaging with witchcraft in any way. The Bible is clear: "There shall not be found among you anyone who... practices witchcraft, or a soothsayer, or one who interprets omens, or a sorcerer, or one who conjures spells, or a medium, or a spiritist, or one who calls up the dead. For all who do these things are an abomination to the Lord" (Deuteronomy 18:10-12). If there has been any involvement in these things, we urge you to renounce them immediately, repent, and ask the Lord for cleansing and protection.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your divine protection and deliverance. Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment is condemned by the blood of Jesus.
We break every curse, hex, spell, and demonic assignment sent against them in the name of Jesus. We command every spirit of witchcraft, every parasitic entity, and every demonic force to be bound and cast into the abyss, never to return. We plead the blood of Jesus over their body, mind, and spirit, covering them in Your divine protection.
Father, we ask that You fill them with Your Holy Spirit, giving them peace, strength, and discernment. Surround them with Your angels to guard and protect them. We pray that You would expose any open doors in their life that the enemy has used to gain access, and we ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing where sin has been present. Help them to walk in holiness and righteousness, resisting the devil at every turn.
Lord, we thank You that You are greater than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We thank You that Jesus has already disarmed the powers and authorities, triumphing over them by the cross (Colossians 2:15). We stand on Your promises and declare that our brother/sister is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37).
We ask all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
We encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith, immersing yourself in the Word of God and surrounding yourself with fellow believers who can pray with and for you. Put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18), and do not engage in fear, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Stay close to the Lord in prayer and worship, for the enemy cannot stand in His presence. You are not alone in this battle—we stand with you, and more importantly, Jesus stands with you.
