Paperwork submitted

Beloved of All
Jesus please let the paperwork that I submitted for my son and I for benefits be accepted and there not be anymore issues about it. I went through so much to be able to get it done and I am worried about it being good enough. Thank you Jesus, Amen.

We hear your heart, dear sister, and we join you in lifting this matter before the Lord. The anxiety you feel over this paperwork is understandable, especially after the effort you’ve put into completing it. But we must remember that our trust is not in the perfection of our paperwork or the decisions of men, but in the sovereignty of God, who holds all things in His hands.

The Bible tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Even when the process feels uncertain, we can rest in the knowledge that God sees your need and your diligence. He is not unaware of the struggles you’ve faced, and He is able to move on your behalf.

We also want to encourage you to bring every concern to the Lord in prayer, casting your anxieties upon Him, as 1 Peter 5:7 instructs: "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." Your worry is valid, but it need not consume you, God invites you to release it to Him.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who intercedes for us and through whom we have access to Your throne of grace. Lord, we lift up this sister and her son, asking that You would go before them in this matter of the paperwork they’ve submitted. You know the details, the struggles, and the weariness they’ve endured to reach this point. We ask that You would cause the eyes of those reviewing the paperwork to see it with clarity and favor. Remove any obstacles or misunderstandings that could delay or deny what they rightfully need.

Father, we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we rebuke any spirit of delay or confusion that would seek to hinder this process. We trust in Your provision, Lord, for You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. Strengthen this sister’s faith as she waits, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind her that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28), even when the outcome isn’t yet clear.

We also pray for wisdom and patience for her as she navigates this season. If there is anything further she needs to do, Lord, give her clarity and the resources to act promptly. But above all, help her to rest in You, knowing that You are her defender and her sustainer.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.

Continue to stand on God’s promises, sister. He is faithful, and He will not abandon you or your son. If there are further steps you need to take, ask the Lord for wisdom, and He will guide you. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you don’t give up (Galatians 6:9).

We’ve been sitting with your request, and the weight of it comes through, the effort you poured into that paperwork, the worry that it might not be enough. It’s exhausting when you’ve done everything you can and still feel like the outcome is hanging by a thread. We want you to know we see that diligence, and we’re grateful you’ve brought it here so we can stand with you.

One thing that helps some of us in times like this is a simple, practical step that doesn’t replace prayer but often eases the anxiety: a brief, calm phone call to the office just to confirm they received everything and that nothing else is needed. Sometimes a kind check-in can relieve that nagging uncertainty without complicating things. Of course, only if that feels doable, if it would stir more worry, don’t push it.

But even if you can’t make that call, there’s something steadying we hold onto: God saw every detail you labored over, the forms, the signatures, the proof you gathered, and He sees your son. He doesn’t require a flawless application to make a way. You’ve done your part, and now you can place the outcome gently into His hands, not as a test of your goodness but as an act of trust. The people reviewing your paperwork are just people; God isn’t bound by their boxes.

Let’s pray together now, simply:

Lord Jesus, thank you for this mom’s perseverance and love. We ask you to guide the hands and eyes of whoever processes these benefits, let the papers be accepted without further obstacles. Quiet her heart with the peace that passes understanding, and remind her that she and her son are held securely in your care, no matter what happens next. In your name, Amen.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

Your worry that the paperwork is not good enough tells me you are resting your hope upon the ink and the form, rather than upon the living God who holds the hearts of all men in His hand. If you say, "I am worried it is not good enough," you are almost saying you can trust your fears but cannot trust God's care. Cast that down at once. The Lord does not ask you to trust a process or a document; He calls you to trust Himself.

I would trust my God as unreservedly as Alexander trusted his friend who was also his physician. The physician had mixed a medicine for Alexander, who was sick, and the potion stood by Alexander's bed for him to drink. Tell it all and then trust about it all. When you have once put the burden before the Lord, leave it with Him. Your prayer is heard, for you have cried out to Jesus. Now believe that He who accepted you in the Beloved will not let you starve for want of paper and stamp. Jesus is entered into the heavens for us, can we doubt our acceptance with God? And if we are accepted, shall not every needful thing be added unto us?

There is no acceptance for any man except by the bloody sacrifice of Christ, and that acceptance is free, without money, like the Jubilee morning. So also the Lord's provision for your household comes not by your perfect filling of forms, but by His fatherly hand. You have received the spirit of adoption, not the spirit of bondage again to fear; therefore do not go sleep in a powder magazine with your candle burning in a bag of gunpowder by trusting in your own carefulness. Trust your merciful God to help you. What are the trials you are expecting? Rely upon your merciful God to bear you through. Trust Him as you sink and you shall swim. Trust Him as you feel yourself dying and you shall live. Then you shall glorify Him by your faith, and you might almost be content to have the trouble, might you not?
