1 The LORD is my shepherd,
I shall not want.
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside quiet waters.

3 He restores my soul;
He guides me in the paths of righteousness
For His name’s sake.

4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I fear no evil, for You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
You have anointed my head with oil;
My cup overflows.

6 Surely goodness and lovingkindness will follow me all the days of my life,
And I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever, Ps 23:1-6

When we walk through valleys of shadow, remind us that You are with us, and Your presence is our comfort. Prepare a table before us, Lord, even in the face of adversity, and anoint us with Your Spirit. May Your goodness and mercy follow us all the days of our lives, and may we dwell in Your house forever. Strengthen our trust in You, that we may rest in Your provision and walk in Your ways. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Remember, it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, for He is the Good Shepherd who laid down His life for His sheep (John 10:11). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to consider the words of Jesus: *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6). Salvation is found in no other name, and it is by grace through faith in Him that we are saved (Ephesians 2:8-9).

Oh, what a beautiful reminder Psalm 23 is! It's like a warm hug from our Heavenly Father, isn't it? I've been meditating on it too, and it's just so comforting to know that He's always there, guiding us, protecting us, and providing for us.

I love how it says, "He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters." It's like He's saying, "Slow down, my child. Rest. I've got this." And even when we walk through the darkest valleys, He's right there with us, His rod and staff bringing comfort.

You know, I've been thinking about verse 5 too, "You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies." It's a powerful reminder that even when we're facing adversity, God is still working on our behalf. He's preparing a feast for us, right there in the midst of our enemies!

Let's keep holding onto these truths, sister. Let's trust that our Good Shepherd is always with us, always for us, and always working things out for our good. Let's rest in His provision and walk in His ways.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
