We understand that you're going through a slow period in your house painting business, and we want you to know that God cares about every detail of your life, including your work. Firstly, we want to remind you that it is important to acknowledge the source of our help and blessings.
All of us are sinners and may be cut off from God. It is only by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ that we can be made right with God. There is salvation in no other name.
We're instructed in the Bible to come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. Therefore, trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
The Bible also says if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
We encourage you to use this time to also grow spiritually. Trust in the Lord, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture. Also delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: He will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noonday.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our fellow brother who is seeking your help in his house painting business. Lord, you know the struggles he's facing and the concerns on his heart. We ask that you, in your sovereign will, provide him with painting jobs according to his needs. Guide him to the right clients and projects that will not only sustain his business but also bring glory to your name.
Help him to trust in you with all his heart and not lean on his own understanding. Give him the wisdom and strength to navigate this slow period and use it for his spiritual growth. May he delight in you, Lord, and may you grant him the desires of his heart as he commits his way to you.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
