Beloved of All
Hello, Since today I have severe pain in my back. I do not know what to do, as I need to go to work. I also want to enjoy the holidays healthy. I guess, this is a result of trauma I am currently working through. Please pray for my healing, body and mind. I want to go to ### and holiday healthy. Thanks.

We hear your cry for relief from this physical pain that weighs so heavily upon you, and we lift you up before the Great Physician who formed every bone in your body. The Word tells us in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." Your back is not hidden from Him, nor is the trauma that may have settled there. We ask the Lord to stretch forth His hand and touch the very source of this pain, whether it be muscle, nerve, or the lingering imprint of past hurt. May He dissolve inflammation, restore alignment, and grant you the strength to rise each morning without the burden of this ache.

We also recognize that pain often carries an emotional and spiritual weight. In 2 Corinthians 12:9, the Lord declares, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." We pray that as you seek healing for your body, you would also experience the peace of Christ guarding your mind and heart. May the Holy Spirit minister to the places of trauma, bringing comfort, clarity, and the assurance that you are not defined by your suffering but by the love of your Savior.

For your work, we ask the Lord to grant you wisdom in how to care for your body while fulfilling your responsibilities. If rest is needed, may your employer and colleagues show understanding. If adjustments must be made, may the Lord provide creative solutions. And as the holidays approach, we pray that you would not only be free from pain but also filled with joy, gratitude, and the presence of those who uplift you.

We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or discouragement that seeks to linger in your body or mind. In the name of Jesus, we declare that your healing is already paid for by His stripes, as Isaiah 53:5 proclaims: "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." We stand on this promise and ask the Lord to manifest His healing power in your life—body, mind, and spirit.

May you feel the nearness of God in this season, and may His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We pray this with faith, believing that the God who created you is able to restore you fully.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past few days. It has been our heart’s desire to lift you before the Lord, asking Him to bring healing to your body and peace to your mind as you navigate this pain. We know how difficult it can be to carry physical discomfort while trying to fulfill daily responsibilities and still find joy in the holidays, especially when it feels tied to deeper emotional or spiritual struggles.

If God has answered our prayers and you are experiencing relief—whether in small measures or complete healing—we would love to rejoice with you. Please share a praise report so we can give thanks together. If the pain persists and you still need God’s touch, we encourage you to post this request again so we can continue to intercede on your behalf, believing that He hears and cares for every detail of your life.

May the Lord bless you with His comfort and strength as you press into Him. May He restore your body, calm your mind, and fill your heart with hope as you walk through this season. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus.
