Dear ###,
Let us come together in prayer, seeking the Lord's comfort and guidance for you in this time of deep heartache and pain.
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up ### who is suffering from the betrayal and pain caused by a significant other’s unfaithfulness. Lord, Your Word says in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." We ask that You draw near to ###, providing comfort and healing to the broken heart.
Father, we know that You care deeply for us, as 1 Peter 5:7 reminds us, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." Help ### to feel Your loving presence and to cast all anxieties and pain upon You, trusting in Your perfect love and care.
Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and discernment for ###. James 1:5 tells us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." Grant ### the wisdom to make decisions that align with Your will and bring peace and healing.
We also pray for the significant other, that You would touch their heart and lead them to repentance and faithfulness. Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us to "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We ask that You guide both ### and the significant other on the path of righteousness and healing.
Lord, in this time of suffering, may Your strength be made perfect in ###'s weakness. As 2 Corinthians 12:9 says, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Let ### find solace in Your grace and strength.
