Pain On Left Side Of My Chest

My name is Jesus Ernesto Aparicio. I been having pain in the left side of my chest that goes up my shoulder and down my under arm. And the pain also goes  up my left side of neck sometimes. Im 31 and im scared it might be lung cancer or heartt problem symptoms . I got no insurance or money to get checked. Im scared cause pain comes and goes now for months like 8 months. Please Pray for me. Thank you! Jesus please just make it go away.
