We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this burden of physical pain and discomfort. Father God, You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3). We know that You see every ache, every pang, and every moment of suffering. Your Word tells us that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that promise over this situation in the mighty name of Jesus.
Lord, we ask for complete healing in this stomach. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sickness that may be at work, for You did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this pain will not linger, that any ulcer, inflammation, or disorder will be touched by Your healing hand. Restore strength, settle the stomach, and bring full recovery so that there is no more discomfort or distress.
We also recognize, Father, that physical ailments can sometimes be tied to deeper spiritual or emotional burdens. If there is unforgiveness, bitterness, anxiety, or stress weighing on the heart, we ask You to reveal it. Your Word says that a merry heart does good like medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones (Proverbs 17:22). We pray for peace to flood this life, for trust in You to replace any fear or worry, and for the joy of the Lord to be strength (Nehemiah 8:10).
If this pain is a result of poor stewardship of the body, whether through diet, lack of rest, or neglect, we encourage seeking wisdom in caring for the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). But even in that, Lord, we ask for Your grace and guidance. Lead to the right doctors, the right treatments, and the right changes that honor You.
Above all, we pray that this trial would draw closer to You, Jesus. If there has been any distance in the relationship with You, we ask that You would meet in this time of need. You are the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6), and no one comes to the Father except through You. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or healed (Acts 4:12). We declare that this healing will not only be physical but also spiritual, as You make all things new.
We stand on Your Word, Lord, and we thank You in advance for the victory. May this testimony of healing bring glory to Your name. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
