Packing, cleaning, beach time - all perfect, lower price of appartement

Servant of All
My beach hollydays are over. I travel back to my continental city. Please pray that i will pack my things easyly quickly effortlesly (which is always stress for me more then to other people. I want to clean the whole appartement as much as i can since i heard that people who give their appartements for a loan (especially touristique) say that people who leave the place not cleansed are people without manners and dirty and they doesnt want to loan them appartement another time although tourist pay for cleaning. I think this is not fair, but what you should) So i have that last days pretty big stress and i usually dont get beach as much as i would. So please pray that this will turn around for me and that i will do EVERYTHING easily and effirtlesly and quickly and be tremendeously satisfied with my beach time, my packing and cleaning. And that the owner will be also very very satisfied and that he will give me the next year even greater rabat (lower price fir accommocation) because i tild him that my friend is doing that for 20 euros lower price than he and the appartamenet of my friend is bigger...
Also pray that my brother and the woman who watches over my old mother will next summer spend 10 days at the seacoast in the appartement next to mine in Jesus name.(me at the same time with them but longer). In this way we all will have profit.

We hear your concerns about the stress of packing, cleaning, and making the most of your time at the beach. While these practical matters can feel overwhelming, we want to lift your heart to the Lord, who promises to give strength to the weary and rest to the burdened. Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). Let us pray together for peace and ease in these tasks, trusting that God can bring order even to what feels chaotic.

Father in Heaven, we come before You asking for Your grace to be upon our sister as she prepares to leave her beach holiday. Lord, we ask that You would calm her heart and mind, removing any anxiety about packing and cleaning. Grant her efficiency and focus so that these tasks may be completed with ease, as You promise in Your Word: "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13). Let her find satisfaction in a job well done, not out of fear of man’s judgment, but as an act of stewardship and love for others.

We also pray for wisdom in her interactions with the apartment owner. May her efforts be noticed and appreciated, not for personal gain, but as a testimony of integrity. Proverbs 3:3-4 tells us, "Don’t let kindness and truth forsake you. Bind them around your neck. Write them on the tablet of your heart. So you will find favor, and good understanding in the sight of God and man." Lord, let her actions reflect Your heart, and may any future blessings be a result of Your provision, not her own striving.

Regarding your request for your brother and the caretaker of your mother to join you next summer, we lift this desire to the Lord as well. Father, if it is Your will, we ask that You would open doors for them to share in this time of rest and fellowship. May it be a blessing to your family and an opportunity to create cherished memories. We trust in Your perfect timing and provision, knowing that "every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights" (James 1:17).

However, we must gently address a concern in your request. You mentioned praying "in Jesus' name" at the end, which is good, for there is no other name by which we can come to the Father. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we encourage you to consider what it means to follow Him. He offers not only eternal life but also peace and purpose in this life. If you’d like to know more about what it means to trust in Him, we would be honored to share the good news of the Gospel with you.

Finally, we want to remind you that while earthly rest and vacations are gifts from God, true rest is found in Him alone. Psalm 62:1 says, "My soul rests in God alone. My salvation is from him." May you carry the peace of Christ with you as you return to your city, and may He refresh your spirit even more than the beach ever could.

Lord, we commit these requests to You, trusting that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. Strengthen our sister in her tasks, fill her with Your peace, and draw her closer to You each day. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We can feel the weight of that end-of-holiday scramble in your words, the desire to leave the apartment well, to soak in the beach one last time, and to get it all done without the familiar knot of stress. It makes sense that you’d want these things to feel effortless, and that you’ve been carrying some tension about what the owner expects.

As you head into your final hours there, perhaps one simple shift might help: instead of letting the pressure to be “enough” drive you, you could offer the whole messy process to God moment by moment, the scrubbing, the folding, the walk to the water. When we stop measuring our effort against others’ standards and bring it quietly before Him, the work often feels lighter, even when it isn’t perfect. You don’t have to earn the owner’s approval or God’s peace; He already holds your days, and His care for you doesn’t hinge on a spotless apartment.

We also hear the hope woven in for next summer, for your brother and his companion to be near, for a door to open on a good price and space next door. Those desires matter to the Lord, and we’ll gladly lift them with you.

Let’s pray.

Father, thank You for this time away and for the simple gifts of sun and sea. Calm these last hours of packing and cleaning; give a steady mind and a gentle pace, and let the stress recede. Surprise this friend with moments of real beach rest even now, and let the owner respond with kindness and trust. We ask You to work ahead for next year, for the right provision, for family to be together by the coast, and for Your goodness to be clear in the details. We trust these things into Your hands, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

The house wherein you sojourned is but a tent for a season, yet the just tenant desires to restore to his landlord his property unhurt. Set your heart, then, to leave no trace of injury, but rather memorials of care, this is right and comely before men, and not unrewarded by Him who sees in secret. Yet let not this duty become a snare of fretting. The Eternal God is our refuge and our resort for everything; in every time of need we have nothing to do but to lift up our voice to Him. He who filled the whale’s belly with Jonah, who wrestled with Jacob till the sinew shrank, can surely make your hands swift and your spirit light for the work before you. Cast yourself into your Lord’s arms, have done with fretting! Have done with anxiety and doubt! Christ is with all His people, and He can comfort, cheer, and gladden, for He has done all that for me and ten thousand times more.

You speak of a bargain, a lower price for the year to come, because another dwelling is cheaper and larger. Be mindful here: act not only justly but kindly to those with whom you deal. Remember you were a bondman in the Egypt of your sin, and the Lord your God redeemed you freely, without price. How can you grip another so tightly by the throat of commerce, when God has set you so freely at liberty? The past is bright with love most free, the present is given us everlasting consolation, and the future is glorified with good hope through grace, all sheer gift, no legal claim, no trace of reward but of Divine favor. If the Landlord of souls so freely grants you the cleansing of His dear Son’s blood, you can afford to trust the landlord of bricks and mortar for whatever rebate seems good. Yet if he prove less yielding than you hope, know that your true Riches are laid up where neither moth nor rust corrupts, and your acceptance is not by man’s smile but by the sweet savor of Christ. God does not cease to observe, but He has a set time to bless; He comes with all His soul most heartily to show favor. He will load you daily with His benefits if you trust His dear Son.

For your brother and the woman who watches over your mother, you ask a certain boon, that they should dwell beside the sea with you, to mutual profit. This is lawful praying, for our God is a home for His people, and whatever care awaits us abroad, we cannot wait to get to the place of His delight. He foresees every possible emergency and has everything ready just in the nick of time. He who made the Covenant with Noah because of the sweet savor of rest, He can open a way for these dear ones to taste the salt air and find refreshment. Only see to it that your zeal be not a dry thing, without communion with God. The more a man enjoys the means of grace in one season, the more he grieves when they seem withdrawn; yet the dew of the Master’s Presence, that unction which is sweet to feel though hard to describe, comes straight out of waiting upon Him. Go out like Noah’s dove, with weary wings, yet fly back to the Ark of His bosom; there is your rest.

My last words are those of the prophet to a man who set his house in order: begin your regrets earlier, while there is time to retrieve the past. Regret not the sands that have run from the glass of your holiday, but rather ask for grace now to do all that is in you for Him who loved you and bought you with His blood. Outside the camp take your place, with Jesus bear the cross of little daily cares, and find them lightened. He who can buy no sweet cane with money can bring time and zeal and effort, and these are precious when laid upon His altar. The harvest of the shore is gathered, the summer in that place is ended; let not the summer of your soul be ended without the sweetness of His nearer love. Go now, pack and clean and travel in the strength of Him who once packed the whole creation into six days and saw that it was very good. And when next you see the sea, let it sing to you of the depths of free grace, wherein your sins are sunk and remembered no more.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You bring many requests, but I hear in them a soul distracted by a multitude of cares. You seek an easy packing, a quick cleaning, a satisfied beach time, a lower price, and even to use your friend’s bargain as leverage with the owner. Yet all this chasing after favorable circumstances betrays a deeper war within you. The peace you truly need is not the peace of the world, which shifts with every wind. There are three kinds of war: the public war of nations, the private war with others, and the war within a man’s own breast. This last is the most perilous. For when your mind is at variance with itself, raising up anxiety, envy, and discontent, you cannot escape without wounds. Your stress over small tasks, your complaint that the owner’s expectation is unfair, your eye on a discount, these are skirmishes of that inner battle. Let the peace of God step forward as umpire in your heart. When one thought urges you to resentment over cleaning or to shrewd words about your friend’s price, and another thought bids you simple trust, let God’s peace award the victory to the thought that rests in Him. Earthly advantages fade faster than the beauty of the body; a quiet spirit in godliness adorns the soul forever.

Do not set your hopes on flawless arrangements or the applause of men. If the apartment must be left clean, do it as for the Lord, not fretting over what you think is just. Cheerful labor joined to prayer transforms the heaviest task. Seek first that peace which Christ left His disciples: not a truce with circumstances, but a calm depth within, untroubled by outward storms. Then your packing and cleaning will become light, not because the effort vanishes, but because your soul is no longer at war. For your brother and the woman who watches over your mother, I also pray that you may all enjoy time together by the sea, if it be God’s will. But entreat Him more earnestly for that holiness without which no one shall see the Lord, and for genuine peace with all. When the heart is thus ordered, you will discover that satisfaction does not depend on getting the bigger apartment or the lower price, but on possessing the unshaken peace of God. He who calmed the sea can quiet your anxieties. Go, then, and in every small duty remember: the peacemakers are called sons of God, for they carry in themselves the very peace that reconciles earth to heaven.

What strikes me most in your request is how quickly the pressure of performance can rob us of rest. You are already looking past the beach, past the packing, past the cleaning, into next year’s price and next summer’s arrangements. And the stress has become a heavier load than the suitcases themselves. The Lord never designed us to be consumed by the fear of man, what the owner might think, what makes someone appear mannered or dirty. When your identity and your peace hang on impressing another person, it’s worth asking whether those busy preparations have become a kind of covering for a restless heart. Frenzy can look like diligence, but it’s rarely born from trust.

The Scriptures remind us that the Lord can turn His hand against what His people rely on instead of Him. Not as a threat to those who stumble under a heavy load, but as a warning against making our own striving into a savior. You are not your own redeemer in this apartment. You will not secure favor next summer by sheer effort or by mentioning your friend’s lower price. All those calculations exhaust the soul because they place an outcome on your shoulders that was never meant to sit there. The boat that carries an ambassador doesn’t need to be impressive; it just needs to be sent. The Lord has established His own ways of providing, preserving, and opening doors, without needing a marketing strategy or a perfectly scrubbed floor to make it happen.

So the prayer I am offering for you is not merely that you will pack easily, clean effortlessly, and enjoy the beach. It’s that you would be released from the tyranny of appearing righteous before others and from the exhaustion of trying to ensure your own future. True ease isn’t found in things going perfectly; it’s found in resting under the hand that governs every detail, including the owner’s response and next year’s cost. The world spends its energy masking anxiety with activity, even promoting celebrations that honor darkness while scrubbing away any mention of the light. But you have been called to walk in that light, which means you can clean a room as an act of love rather than a plea for approval, and you can pack a bag as a person whose worth is already settled.

I am also praying that next summer, your brother and the woman caring for your mother would indeed be placed near you, so that you might share that time by the sea as a family. Bring that desire honestly before the Lord, for He delights in the requests of His children when they are offered in the name of Jesus and from a heart that trusts His wisdom. And when you travel back to your city, may you carry not just clean laundry and good memories, but the quiet confidence that your life is not built on the shifting opinion of landlords or the comparison of prices. It is held by the One who does not condemn the weary but calls them to find their ease in Him.
