Lord I rebuke my "people-pleasing" nature because it makes me a target to whom the Devil will use to enmesh the toxic—that is, not life-giving, but rather draining and dysfunctional people. Protect my heart from those individuals who are insecure and micro-manage their insecurities by controlling everything and everyone in their world. I live my life for Jesus not them. You will direct my path. Show me what to do in this problem with these people if I am doing it wrong. You are my Lord not them. In Jesus name I pray Amen
