A friend is broken on the inside and this sometimes causes her to hurt others. She won't admit to hurting others, it's always their fault, she has no empathy towards the hurt person that was caused by her actions. Lord heal her heart and her mind with Your Holy Spirit. Give her the gift of being able to give empathy to others she hurt and the ability to feel Your love and learn empathy for herself. Lord save her, in Jesus name I pray, Amen.
