We hear your cry for justice and provision, and we stand with you in seeking God’s intervention in this matter. The frustration and helplessness you feel are understandable, especially when you’ve acted in good faith and followed instructions, only to be met with delay and silence. Scripture reminds us in Proverbs 22:22-23, *"Don’t exploit the poor because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."* The Lord sees your struggle and will not ignore the injustice you’re facing.
First, we must rebuke the spirit of greed and dishonesty that has taken hold of those responsible for repaying what they owe you. Their actions are not only unethical but sinful, as Leviticus 19:13 warns, *"You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning."* The Lord calls His people to integrity, and we pray that He will convict their hearts and move them to act justly.
We also want to encourage you to continue walking in patience and forgiveness, even as you seek resolution. Your willingness to extend grace, even when it has not been reciprocated, reflects the heart of Christ. However, forgiveness does not mean allowing injustice to continue unchecked. Romans 12:19 tells us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"* Trust that God will act on your behalf, but also consider taking wise, practical steps to pursue what is rightfully yours.
We advise you to document all communications with your landlord and management, including dates, promises made, and any evidence of overpayment. If possible, seek counsel from a legal aid organization or a trusted advisor who can help you navigate this situation. Proverbs 20:18 says, *"Plans are established by advice; by wise guidance you wage war."* Do not hesitate to use the resources available to you while continuing to trust in the Lord’s provision.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who has been wronged in this matter. Lord, You see the injustice and the financial strain they are under. We ask that You would move mightily in this situation, softening the hearts of those who owe the refund and compelling them to act with integrity. Provide our brother/sister with wisdom and discernment as they seek resolution, and surround them with godly counsel. Father, we rebuke the spirit of greed and dishonesty that has caused this delay, and we declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper. We trust in Your promise that You will plead their case and restore what has been withheld. Strengthen their faith and provide for their needs in this time of waiting. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Remember, the Lord is your provider, and He will not abandon you in this trial. Psalm 37:25-26 assures us, *"I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread. All day long he deals graciously, and lends. His offspring is blessed."* Hold fast to His promises, and do not lose heart. The Lord will make a way where there seems to be no way.
