We are experiencing tremendous grief over the loss of a family member. It was sudden and unexpected. The grief is profound. I can't eat, dry-heave, if I eat, I can't hold it, my stomach is watery...I stay close to the bathroom. I shake all day...my voice quivers...my son is the same...we were very close to this one and their loss is irreplaceable...we lived with them, so that makes it worse...everywhere we look there are reminders...and when we think about them...the grief starts building up like a huge wave curling around itself...it curls around me...my heart hurts...I scream through sobs for God to deliver me from the pain...my screams are silent...I don't have any strength in me...I am weak...I need His strength to get through this and I feel so wasted...so wasted...my son is depressed and just sleeps...if you understand loss and grief and would ask for His Presence and Comfort for us, we will get through this. I am planning on seeing my doctor this week. I can't go this alone.
