Thanks for taking the time to read my prayer request. I was first introduced to Jesus when I was ### years old, I never fully committed to him then. Now ten years later after trying to live life on my terms (which never works out), I have decided to embark on this journey. This time I am pushing farther than before and facing those tough questions and doubts that ran me off more than ten years ago. I began attending church with my husband, reading the Bible and praying daily. In November, I experienced a sense of peace and full faith in Jesus Christ that I had never encountered before. I go through periods of time especially when I listen to the word where I am full of belief, but then later, a cloud of doubt encircles me. Even worse after receiving this revelation of Jesus in November I began having strange thoughts, thoughts that are not my own, things that I would never think of. In fact, I know that these are not from my own mind but are in fact from the enemy. It has begun to affect my relationship with other believers, I feel like avoiding church whereas before I loved to go. It might be important to mention that my parents and siblings are all non-believers. Can someone please help. Thank you.

You are on the right track reading the Bible and praying. It's not unusual to have strange thoughts or doubts as the Bible tells us the enemy comes to kill, steal, and destroy. The only thing Jesus has in common with the devil is that they both want you! The enemy will whisper lies in your ear, but the Word of God tells us to resist the enemy and he will flee. You can say under your breath when those evil thoughts come, I circumcise these thoughts in the name of Jesus and I plead the blood over my thoughts, heart, and mind. The enemy will flee at the mention of the blood! We come right now in the name of Jesus, Lord, and bind and rebuke all that the enemy brings their way and render them harmless and ineffective against her or her husband! We thank you, Lord, for drawing them close to you and opening their hearts and understanding to your Word. Guide them and hold their feet to the path, Lord, for your word says you will never fail us or forsake us (Joshua 1:5) and help them endure to the end for your word says those who endure to the end, shall be saved. Give her family members the desire to serve you, seek righteousness, and despise all evil and turn to you, O Lord! Replace the evil with joy in fellowshipping with others and attending church in Jesus' name we ask and thank you for, amen!!

Lord, fill this lovely lady with your love and grace..Prince of Peace locate her in Jesus' name Amen!

Thank you everyone for your continued prayers. I had such a better day yesterday! Less thoughts, doubts & fear. Please continue praying for me, it is really working. I hope today brings God's peace and love to each one of you.
