OVERCOME FROM STRUGGLES

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting you and your family up in prayer, knowing that the struggles you face are deep and painful. Yet we must first address the words spoken against our Almighty God, for they are born out of deep anguish but are not true. The pain of injustice can make even the strongest among us question God’s goodness, but let us remind you—**God is not slow, powerless, or unjust.** His ways are higher than ours, and His timing is perfect, even when we cannot see the full picture. The Scriptures declare:

*"The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."* (2 Peter 3:9, WEB)

And again:

*"Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?"* (Genesis 18:25, WEB)

God *does* see your suffering. He *does* care. And He *will* act in His perfect time. But we must also remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). The wickedness of others does not mean God is absent—it means Satan is at work, and God will bring justice, either in this life or the next.

Now, let us address the matters before us with truth and prayer.

### **On the Stolen Money and the Wickedness of Others**
The pain of being cheated is real, and the burden of debt is crushing. The Bible does not ignore injustice—it commands us to seek justice while trusting God to vindicate His people.

*"Do not say, ‘I will do to him as he has done to me; I will pay the man back for what he has done.’"* (Proverbs 24:29, WEB)
*"Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but give place to God’s wrath, for it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"* (Romans 12:19, WEB)

We do not pray for personal vengeance, but we *do* pray that God would expose the wickedness of these people, bring conviction upon their hearts, and either lead them to repentance or bring justice in a way that glorifies Him. We pray that their lies would be uncovered, that their fraud would fail, and that they would be unable to continue harming others.

**We also must ask: Have you pursued legal action?** While we trust God, we are also called to act wisely. If you have not yet taken legal steps to recover what is owed, we urge you to do so while continuing to pray. God often works *through* our obedience, not just *instead* of it.

### **On the Financial Burden and Family Struggles**
The weight of debt and the strain on your family are heavy. But God is your Provider, even in the deepest need.

*"Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious for your life: what you will eat or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? ... For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."* (Matthew 6:25, 32-33, WEB)

We pray that God would open doors for financial relief—whether through the return of what was stolen, unexpected provision, or favorable legal outcomes. We also pray for unity in your family, that bitterness and fear would not take root, but that you would lean on one another and on Christ.

### **On Employment and Marriage Requests**
We lift up your family’s need for stable, godly employment. We pray that God would open doors in government and public sector jobs according to His will, that He would provide temporary work until then, and that He would guard your hearts from despair.

Regarding marriage, we pray that God would bring a **godly spouse**—one who loves the Lord, walks in integrity, and is equipped to provide and lead a family in Christ. We do not pray for mere wealth or status, but for a man after God’s own heart, whether he is a doctor, engineer, or any other profession the Lord ordains.

*"A worthy wife is the crown of her husband, but a dishonorable woman is as rottenness in his bones."* (Proverbs 12:4, WEB)

### **On the Government Job Examination**
We pray that if it is God’s will, your family member would succeed in this examination—not just for financial security, but as a platform to glorify Christ in their work.

### **On Ministry and Provision for Others**
Your desire to help the poor and provide education and employment is noble. We pray that God would expand your capacity to bless others *in His timing*, after He has first restored and provided for you.

---
### **A Prayer for You**
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this hurting family. Lord, You see the injustice they suffer—the lies, the theft, the financial ruin, the sleepless nights. You are not blind to their pain. You are not slow in keeping Your promises, but patient, working all things for the good of those who love You.

We ask for **justice**—expose the lies of these wicked people. Either bring them to repentance or stop their schemes. Provide **financial breakthrough**—return what was stolen, open doors for work, and relieve the crushing debt. **Restore hope** where it has been lost. **Unite this family** in faith, not in bitterness. **Protect their minds** from despair and their hearts from unbelief.

For the one seeking marriage, bring a **godly spouse**, not just a provider, but a man who will lead in righteousness. For the one awaiting job results, grant favor if it aligns with Your will.

Lord, when faith wavers, remind them of Your past faithfulness. When justice tarries, help them trust Your timing. When the wicked prosper, let them remember that their day of reckoning *will* come.

We rebuke the spirit of fear, hopelessness, and unbelief in Jesus’ name. We declare that **You are their Provider, their Justice, their Peace.** Strengthen them to endure. Move mightily on their behalf.

In the **powerful name of Jesus Christ**, we pray. **Amen.**

---
### **Final Exhortation**
Brother or sister, we understand your anger, your pain, your exhaustion. But **do not let go of faith.** The enemy wants you to believe God has abandoned you—but that is a lie. Keep praying. Keep seeking. Keep trusting.

*"Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up."* (Galatians 6:9, WEB)

If you have not yet taken legal steps, do so. If you have not yet forgiven (though it is hard), ask God to help you release this bitterness. And if your faith is faltering, cry out to Jesus—He will meet you there.

We are praying with you. **God is not done.**

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We have been earnestly lifting you and your family before the Lord these past days, standing in the gap for justice, restoration, and peace in the midst of this painful trial. The burden you carry—the betrayal, the financial strain, the sleepless nights, and the deep sense of injustice—has not gone unnoticed by our Heavenly Father. We know how heavy this season must feel, especially when the wicked seem to prosper while the righteous suffer. The psalmist David cried out in similar anguish, asking God, *"How long will the wicked exult?"* (Psalm 94:3), yet he also declared, *"The Lord will not forsake His people; He will not abandon His heritage"* (Psalm 94:14). We cling to this truth for you: God *sees* the deception, the stolen peace, and the hardship this has placed upon your family. His heart is not indifferent to your pain.

We understand the depth of your frustration when justice seems delayed and when prayers feel unanswered. It is human to question, to ache for resolution, and to long for God’s intervention in ways we can see and touch. Yet even in the waiting, we urge you—not as a hollow encouragement, but as fellow believers who have also walked through valleys of unanswered prayers—to hold fast to the character of God, not just the timing of His answers. He is not slow as we count slowness (2 Peter 3:9), nor is He powerless. The same God who parted the Red Sea, who shut the mouths of lions for Daniel, and who raised Christ from the dead is fighting for you, even when the battle feels invisible.

We continue to pray specifically for:
- **Restoration of the full amount owed to you, with interest**, that the Lord would move in the hearts of those who withhold it or, if necessary, open doors for legal recourse and favor in recovering what is rightfully yours. We ask God to thwart any further deceit and expose the truth.
- **Protection over your family’s unity and peace**, that the enemy’s schemes to sow discord, anxiety, or despair would be bound in Jesus’ name. May God grant you supernatural rest, even in sleepless nights, and guard your minds against the lies that this burden is yours to carry alone.
- **Divine intervention in the lives of those who have wronged you**, that God would either bring conviction leading to repentance or, if hardened, that their ability to harm others would be stopped. We pray their actions would not go unchecked, whether through earthly consequences or the Lord’s direct intervention.
- **Provision for your financial needs**, that God would open unexpected doors for income, favor in job opportunities (especially for the government exam your family member took), and wisdom in managing the debts pressing upon you.
- **Marriage and employment breakthroughs** for your family members, that God would align these according to His perfect will, providing godly spouses and stable, honorable work.
- **A renewed sense of God’s presence and faithfulness**, that even in this storm, you would encounter His goodness in small, tangible ways—through a word of encouragement, an unexpected blessing, or a deepened trust that He is working behind the scenes.

We do not dismiss the raw honesty of your lament. It is okay to tell God you are struggling to hope. He can handle your grief, your anger, and your doubts. But we gently remind you: the absence of immediate answers does not equal the absence of God’s power or love. Jesus Himself wept at the tomb of Lazarus *before* He raised him (John 11:35). He enters into your sorrow with you. The cross is the ultimate proof that God does not turn a blind eye to injustice—He took the weight of it upon Himself.

If there has been any movement in this situation—whether a returned payment, a shift in circumstances, or even a glimmer of peace in your heart—we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. If the burden remains, we will not cease to stand with you. Post again, share your heart, and let us continue to storm heaven on your behalf. You are not forgotten.

We declare over you the promise of Isaiah 61:7 (ESV): *"Instead of your shame there shall be a double portion; instead of dishonor they shall rejoice in their lot; therefore in their land they shall possess a double portion; they shall have everlasting joy."* May the Lord turn this injustice into a testimony of His redemption.

We are praying for you in Jesus’ name.
