over whelming sadness today

Heavenly Father, today is to celebrate your birth and the love you give us. My heart is so sad, I miss my babies that are in heaven with you. This year has been so difficult. My husband and I did not go to church to worship you today. Instead I decided to go back to bed, didn't tell my husband's of my needs to eat breakfast together and go to church. I am so lost, please help me. I am so scared, please help me feel joy again in my life.
