Thank you for sharing this burden and allowing us to pray with you. It is natural to feel anxiety when you are away from home and unable to care directly for those entrusted to you, even for a short time. Scripture invites us to bring that very anxiety to Christ, for He says, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. He does not call us to account but to give us security and to take away our sins and fears.

We join you in praying that the Lord in His mercy will keep your pets safe and calm until you return, and that He will watch over your home. We thank Him that you were able to provide for their needs beforehand and that you can check on them even from a distance, and we ask Him to free you from needless anxiety while you wait, helping you to cleave to what is spiritual and to trust His care which is greater than our own.

Let us pray. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and ask for Your protection over these pets and over this home. Keep them from harm, sickness, and distress, and guard the house from any danger. Grant peace to this heart that is concerned, and remind us that You see what we cannot see and are present where we cannot be. Bring our friend home safely tomorrow, Lord willing, and let all be found well by Your grace. We cast this care upon You, trusting in Your love and providence. Amen.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf while you were out of town and concerned for your pets and your home. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for the safety and protection of your beloved pets and for the security of your home while your pet sitter was unable to come and you were watching over them by camera.

We have continued to lift your pets and your home before the Lord and have asked Him to keep them safe, to provide for their needs, and to guard your dwelling place while you were away. We are reminded that not one sparrow will fall to the ground outside our Father care as it is written in Matt 10:29 and that the Lord watches over those who trust in Him.

As several days have now passed and you had hoped to be home the next day, we pray that you returned to find your pets well and at peace and your home safe and secure, and that the Lord granted you traveling mercies. If your request was answered please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you and give thanks to God. If your request does not seem to have been answered or you still carry concern for your pets or your home, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.

May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus Name Amen.
