Tony I can't pray for the dead. But I can pray for you. I hope your mother had given her life to Jesus. If she did and you have given your life to Jesus, you will see your mom again.
This is not good by and this is not the end.
I know that your heart hurts. It is going to take you about a year before the grief and pain is not as intense. I have been where you are at. This is the greatest pain outside of losing a child.
But Jesus is with You.
One thing I know, death cannot kill love, and hands cannot bury it. Your mother is in the Master's Arms and all is well with her soul. It is ok to cry. But don't mourn too long. If your mother was saved please be happy for your mom. She is exactly where she has always wanted to be. She is home. Heaven is a glorious place. She is healed. She is whole. She is happy.
You will miss her presence here on earth. I know you were not ready to let you go. If she could talk to you, she would tell you, “It was time for me to go. My assignment was over. I fought a good fight. I kept the faith. I finished my course. Don't worry about forgetting me. I will always live in your hearts. This is not goodbye and this is not the end. I love you.â€
