Osteoarthritis pain and inflammation

We come before the Lord together, lifting up this request for healing from osteoarthritis pain and inflammation. We know that our God is the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:2-3). Father, we ask that You would touch this body with Your healing hand, bringing relief from pain and reducing inflammation according to Your will.

Lord, we also recognize that physical suffering can weigh heavily on the spirit. We pray for strength and endurance, reminding this dear one that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). May they find comfort in Your presence and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on this promise as we pray. Father, if there are areas in this life where diet, exercise, or other lifestyle choices could be hindering Your healing, we ask for wisdom and discipline to make changes that honor You and promote health.

Above all, we pray that this trial would draw this person closer to You, deepening their trust in Your goodness and sovereignty. May they experience Your grace in fresh ways as they walk through this season.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and can come boldly before Your throne of grace. Amen.
