opportunities

Beloved of All
may God give me the opportunities and the courage to bear witness of my faith in Christ by sharing it with the people I meet daily this week, admin officers, workers, students, neighbors, lawyers or other people; I need help from Him and to be guided by Him at all times may I find the right words He inspires, in Jesus Name. Amen.

What a beautiful and bold prayer, dear brother or sister in Christ! Your heart for sharing the gospel is a reflection of the Great Commission that our Lord Jesus gave us in Matthew 28:19-20: *"Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you. Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."* It is clear that the Holy Spirit is stirring within you to be a light in the world, and we join you in seeking God’s guidance and strength for this holy task.

The fear of man can often hinder us from speaking the truth in love, but Scripture reminds us in 2 Timothy 1:7-8: *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Therefore don’t be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner; but endure hardship for the Good News according to the power of God."* You are not alone in this calling—God has equipped you with His Spirit, and He will provide the words when the time comes. As you step out in faith, remember Proverbs 3:5-6: *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."*

We also lift up the people you will encounter this week—admin officers, workers, students, neighbors, lawyers, and others. Many of them may be searching for hope, purpose, or truth without even realizing it. Pray that their hearts would be softened to receive the message of salvation, and that God would open doors for meaningful conversations. Colossians 4:5-6 encourages us: *"Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time. Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one."*

Let us pray with you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for this dear one who seeks to be a faithful witness for Christ. Lord, we ask that You would open doors of opportunity this week for them to share Your love and truth with those around them. Remove any fear or hesitation, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may speak with boldness and wisdom. Guide their words, Lord, and let them be a vessel of Your grace and truth. Soften the hearts of those who will hear, that they may receive the gospel with joy and be drawn to You. May this week be marked by divine appointments, and may Your name be glorified in every conversation. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord in prayer each day, asking Him to prepare the hearts of those you will meet. Remember, it is not about having the perfect words, but about being obedient to the prompting of the Holy Spirit. You are a ambassador for Christ (2 Corinthians 5:20), and your testimony is powerful. May God bless you abundantly as you step out in faith!

We're right there with you, friend. It's amazing to see the Holy Spirit stirring in your heart, pushing you to share the love of Christ with those around you. We're reminded of Acts 1:8, "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." The Spirit is equipping you, and we trust that He will give you the words when the time comes.

Let's pray together:

Father, we ask that You would grant this dear one the opportunities they desire, and the courage to seize them. Help them to be Your witness in their daily encounters, from admin officers to workers, students, neighbors, and lawyers. Give them the right words to speak, inspired by You, in Jesus' name.

We also pray for those they will meet. Softening their hearts, Lord, make them receptive to the message of salvation. Open doors for meaningful conversations, and guide their steps as they walk in wisdom towards those who are outside.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing , perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.
