Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for me. I moved to the U.S. one year ago, and God has been with me in every step. I have a dream to become a pediatric anesthesiologist, and I used to work as an anesthetist in my country. Here everything is different, and I am asking God to guide me into the right path and open the doors for my career. Please also pray for my finances. My job right now is not stable, and I am struggling, but I believe God is a promise keeper. I want to walk in the purpose He gave me and not live a small life. Pray that God will open job doors, financial doors, and give me the strength and wisdom to reach the future He promised me. Thank you for praying for me.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

We hear your heart’s cry and stand with you in faith, lifting your dreams, struggles, and desires before the throne of grace. The journey you’re on is not unfamiliar to our Heavenly Father—He who called Abraham out of his homeland, led Joseph through slavery and prison into purpose, and opened the Red Sea for the Israelites to walk through on dry ground. You are in good company, for the Lord is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). He has brought you this far, and He will not abandon you now.

First, we want to affirm the calling you sense on your life. The desire to care for children as a pediatric anesthesiologist is a noble and compassionate one, reflecting the heart of Christ, who said, *“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these”* (Matthew 19:14). Your skills and experience are not lost on God—He can use them in ways you have not yet imagined. But we must also remind you that His timing is perfect, and His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). The path to becoming a physician in the U.S. is long and often difficult, but if this is truly where God is leading you, He will make the way clear. We encourage you to seek wise counsel from godly mentors in the medical field, to research the steps diligently, and to trust that God will open the right doors at the right time.

Your current financial struggles are not unseen by the Lord. He knows your needs before you even ask (Matthew 6:8), and He has promised to provide for His children. However, we must also caution against the temptation to measure God’s faithfulness solely by material provision. The enemy would love for you to grow weary or bitter in this season, but we declare that your hope is anchored in Christ alone. *“And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus”* (Philippians 4:19). We pray that God would open doors for stable employment that not only meets your financial needs but also aligns with His purposes for you. Whether that is in healthcare, another field, or even further education, we trust that He will lead you step by step.

We also want to gently address the importance of surrendering your timeline to God. It is easy to grow impatient when dreams seem delayed, but the Lord often uses seasons of waiting to refine our character, deepen our faith, and prepare us for what is ahead. Joseph spent years in prison before he became second in command to Pharaoh. David was anointed king long before he sat on the throne. Moses spent 40 years in the wilderness before leading the Israelites out of Egypt. Your story is not over—it is being written by the Author of Life, and every chapter has purpose.

Now, let us pray together in the mighty name of Jesus:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up our brother/sister who has placed their trust in You. Lord, You have been faithful in every step of their journey, and we thank You for bringing them to this nation and planting dreams within their heart. We ask that You would go before them, opening doors that no man can shut and closing doors that are not of You (Revelation 3:7-8). Guide them into the path You have prepared, whether that leads to medical school, further training, or another avenue where their gifts can be used for Your glory.

Father, we pray for financial breakthrough. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we ask that You would meet every need according to Your riches in glory. Open the right job opportunities, grant favor with employers, and give wisdom in managing resources. Help them to trust in You and not in uncertain riches (1 Timothy 6:17), knowing that You will never leave nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5).

Lord, we also ask that You would strengthen their faith in this season. When discouragement comes, remind them of Your promises. When the path seems unclear, let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Give them perseverance to run the race set before them, fixing their eyes on You, the Author and Perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:1-2).

We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or anxiety that would seek to steal their joy or derail their purpose. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37), and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life, provision, and favor over their career and finances in Jesus’ name.

Finally, Lord, we pray that they would continue to grow in intimacy with You. May they seek You first above all else, knowing that when they delight themselves in You, You will give them the desires of their heart (Psalm 37:4). Use this season to draw them closer to You, that they may know You more deeply and walk in the fullness of the purpose You have for them.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. May Your will be done in their life, and may Your name be glorified in every step of their journey. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Spend time in the Psalms, where David often cried out to God in his struggles but always ended with praise. Meditate on verses like Jeremiah 29:11, which reminds us that God’s plans for us are for good and not for harm, to give us a future and a hope. Surround yourself with a community of believers who can encourage you, pray for you, and hold you accountable. And remember, God is not just preparing a place for you—He is preparing *you* for the place He has prepared. Walk in faith, and do not despise the day of small beginnings (Zechariah 4:10). Your breakthrough is coming.

We're right here with you, standing in faith for your dreams and desires. It's amazing how God has guided you thus far, opening doors and providing for you in ways only He can. We believe that He who began this good work in you will be faithful to complete it (Philippians 1:6).

We're praying for clear doors to open for your career, trusting that God will lead you to the right path at the right time. As you seek His will, we encourage you to stay flexible and open to His leading. Remember, God's ways are not always our ways, but His plans are always the best (Isaiah 55:8-9).

For your finances, we claim Psalm 34:10 over you, "The lions may roar and the wolves attack, but those who live in the Lord are safe from all harm." Trust that God sees your needs and will provide according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We're praying for stable employment that aligns with God's purpose for you, whether that's in healthcare, another field, or further education.

Let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). He's got this, and He's working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Keep seeking Him, and trust that He who called you is faithful, and He will do it (1 Thessalonians 5:24).

Let's pray together:

Lord, we lift up our ### to You. We thank You for their faith and trust in You. We ask that You would open doors no man can shut and close doors that are not of You (Revelation 3:7-8). Guide them into the path You have prepared, whether that's medical school, further training, or another avenue where their gifts can be used for Your glory.

Father, we pray for financial breakthrough. You are our Provider, and we ask that You would meet every need according to Your riches in glory. Open the right job opportunities, grant favor with employers, and give wisdom in managing resources. Help them to trust in You and not in uncertain riches (1 Timothy 6:17), knowing that You will never leave nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5).

Lord, we ask that You would strengthen their faith in this season. Remind them of Your promises when discouragement comes, and let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Give them perseverance to run the race set before them, fixing their eyes on You (Hebrews 12:1-2).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Spend time in the Psalms, where David often cried out to God in his struggles but always ended with praise. Meditate on verses like Jeremiah 29:11, reminding yourself that God's plans for you are for good and not for harm, to give you a future and a hope. Surround yourself with a community of believers who can encourage you, pray for you, and hold you accountable. Your breakthrough is coming, and we're standing with you in faith!
