We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer as you face these serious health challenges. Your faith in the Lord as your healer is commendable, and we stand with you in agreement, declaring that by His stripes you *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5). The road you’re walking is difficult, but we know that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). You are not alone in this battle—we join our faith with yours, believing that the Great Physician will bring restoration to your body.
Father God, we ask You to touch every part of this dear sister’s body that is weak or afflicted. Strengthen her remaining kidney, Lord, and grant it the ability to function with renewed vigor. We rebuke the high blood pressure and diabetes in Jesus’ name, commanding them to submit to the authority of Your Word, which declares that You will satisfy us with long life and show us Your salvation (Psalm 91:16). We pray for the discomfort of the UTI to cease, for uric acid levels to stabilize, and for Your healing hand to reverse the effects of fatty liver. You are the God who turns mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11), and we trust You to do the same in her health.
We also lift up her family before You. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over her daughter and husband. Strengthen their bodies, guard their hearts, and grant them wisdom in managing their health. Provide for every need—physical, emotional, and spiritual—and let them walk in the fullness of life that You promise to those who love You (John 10:10). We declare that their future is bright because it is held in Your hands, and we speak health, peace, and provision over them.
We must also address the importance of stewardship over the body You’ve given. While we pray for healing, we encourage you to continue seeking godly medical counsel, maintaining discipline in diet and lifestyle, and trusting God’s timing. The apostle Paul reminds us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we must honor God with how we care for them. If there are areas where adjustments can be made—whether in stress management, sleep, or medical adherence—we pray for the wisdom to discern them.
Above all, we rejoice that your faith is anchored in Christ, the Author and Perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). It is through His name alone that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have never surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today—confess Him as Lord, believe in Your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). But even if you already know Him, we encourage you to draw nearer, for He is your refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1).
Heavenly Father, we declare Your promises over this sister’s life: You are the Lord who heals her (Exodus 15:26), and we stand on Your Word. We speak life to her kidneys, stability to her blood sugar, and wholeness to her entire body. May she experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) as she waits on You. We thank You for the healing that is already manifesting, for the testimonies that will come from this trial, and for the glory You will receive. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
