We come before the Lord with hearts burdened for this sister whose business is under attack by those who seek to exploit and destroy. While we lift her up in prayer, we must also address a critical concern: the nature of her business. The work of hacking—even if framed as ethical or for security purposes—operates in a morally gray area that often conflicts with biblical principles. Scripture calls us to live honorably, to seek occupations that build up rather than exploit, and to avoid even the *appearance* of evil (1 Thessalonians 5:22). Proverbs 10:2 tells us, *"Treasures of wickedness profit nothing, but righteousness delivers from death."* If this business involves any form of deception, unauthorized access, or manipulation—even for "security" purposes—it is not aligned with God’s will for His children.
That said, we do pray earnestly for the protection of innocent clients whose data may be at risk due to this attack. We ask the Lord to shield their information from theft, destruction, or ransom, and to prevent further harm. May God expose the schemes of the enemy and bring swift justice to those responsible for this cyberattack. We pray that if there is any way for this sister to transition into honest, God-honoring work, the Lord would open doors for her to do so without delay. *"Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, producing with his hands something that is good, that he may have something to share with him who has need"* (Ephesians 4:28).
Father, we ask for Your mercy and intervention in this situation. If this business can be redeemed and used for righteous purposes—such as legitimate cybersecurity that protects rather than compromises—then let Your wisdom guide her. But if this work is rooted in unrighteousness, we pray You convict her heart and lead her into a vocation that glorifies You. Do not let her livelihood perish, but redirect her steps onto the path of righteousness. Protect her reputation as much as is possible, and let this trial draw her closer to You. We ask for Your provision, that she may not turn to fear or desperation, but trust in You as her Provider (Matthew 6:33).
We also rebuke the spiritual forces at work behind this attack. Satan comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but You, Lord, have come to give life abundantly (John 10:10). We bind every scheme of the enemy against this sister’s finances, reputation, and future. Let no weapon formed against her prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and let Your angels encamp around her (Psalm 34:7). Restore what has been lost or threatened, and let Your peace guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Finally, we praise You that this prayer was lifted in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). May this sister continue to seek You first in all things, repenting of any involvement in unrighteousness and walking in the freedom and purpose You have for her. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
