Lord, we thank you that you for the blessings that you have given us. Help us to honor you in every part of our lives. We place this request at your throne. Please hear and reply according to your perfect will and timing. Grant us the peace to know that you are in control. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Honey....you should NEVER feel bad/quilty for praying the cares of the heart (as long as they are in align with God's word-of course). Now, I do believe their is a time to "let go and let God" emotionally. But we pray without ceasing. God knows our heart, and what is best for us IN THE LONG RUN. Don't let Satan ever convince you not to take something to God in prayer.
That said, God is your FATHER who loves you MORE than your earthly father...if you can imagine that. He wants to hear your voice AND he wants you to hear his voice. Sometime we just need enter into worship with him (prayer/praise) and sit quietly awaiting his presence. Sitting still is NOT my best suite, but it is SO important to have quiet time with him.....how else will you know his voice when he calls you.
