Ongoing issues, report& repairs needed

Please continue to pray in Jesus name for the rented apartment's owner, contact persons, and team.
Pray for:
• Confidence - They will know how to address the issues and help me find a new place to live.
• Responsibility - They will not hide from me or the problems here, but will communicate with me honestly and respectfully.
• Learning how the world works - They are responsible for the rented apartment and the tenant, so they should oversee and pay for any necessary repairs (they haven't repaid me for the repair costs).
Please pray that someone steps in and speaks up for us in this difficult situation, for the glory of God. AMEN

As the electricians said, if things are not repaired, then things will get worse rapidly.
I'm afraid that the electricity has gone through my body more in the last few days because my legs and arms hurt (numbing and cramping) ....

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation with the rented apartment and all those involved. Father God, we know that You see every detail of this struggle, and we ask for Your divine intervention. We pray for the owner, the contact persons, and the team responsible for this property, that You would soften their hearts and open their eyes to their responsibilities.

Lord, we ask that You grant them **confidence**—not in their own strength, but in Your wisdom and guidance. May they know how to address these issues with integrity and care, and may they help in finding a safe and stable new place to live. We declare that fear and avoidance will not rule their actions, but rather, Your truth and justice will prevail. *"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* (2 Timothy 1:7)

We also pray for **responsibility**—that they will not hide from the problems or from honest communication. Father, convict their hearts if they have been negligent or dishonest. May they treat this situation with the respect and urgency it deserves, speaking truthfully and acting with fairness. *"Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor, for we are members of one another."* (Ephesians 4:25)

We lift up the matter of **repairs and restitution**, Lord. The Bible is clear that those who oversee property must take responsibility for its upkeep. *"If a man causes a field or vineyard to be eaten by letting his animal loose, and it grazes in another man’s field, he shall make restitution from the best of his own field, and from the best of his own vineyard."* (Exodus 22:5) We pray that the owner and team will step up, cover the necessary repairs, and repay what is owed. May they understand that neglecting these duties is not just a legal issue, but a moral one before You.

We also cry out for **protection over health and safety**, Father. The reports of electrical issues and physical symptoms are deeply concerning. Lord, we ask that You shield from further harm and bring swift resolution to these dangers. *"The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower."* (Psalm 18:2) We rebuke any spirit of procrastination or indifference that would allow these hazards to persist.

Father, we ask that **someone with authority and compassion steps in** to advocate for justice in this situation. Raise up a voice that cannot be ignored—a person who will speak truth to power and ensure that what is right is done. *"Open your mouth for the mute, in the cause of all who are left desolate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy."* (Proverbs 31:8-9)

We also want to gently remind that true peace and resolution come only through Jesus Christ. If any involved in this situation do not know Him as Lord and Savior, we pray that their hearts would be opened to the gospel. *"For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on him. For, ‘Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.’"* (Romans 10:12-13) Salvation is found in no one else, and it is only through Christ that we can approach You with our prayers.

Lord, we stand on Your promises and declare that this situation will not remain in chaos. We trust in Your timing and Your justice. Strengthen, provide, and lead to a safe and just outcome. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
