We come before the Lord with a heart of urgency and trust, lifting up this situation to Him who knows all things and holds our steps in His hands. Father, we thank You for the opportunity to teach and guide this student, and we ask for Your divine intervention in locating this exam. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Lord, we acknowledge that You are in control, and we trust You to direct this teacher’s steps to find what has been misplaced.
We also pray for wisdom and clarity as this exam is prepared. James 1:5 reminds us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Father, grant this teacher the wisdom to recall where the exam might be or to find it swiftly. If it is Your will, let it be discovered today so that the student may be properly prepared. We declare that no weapon formed against this situation shall prosper, and we rebuke any spirit of confusion or forgetfulness in Jesus’ name.
Lord, we also lift up the student who will be taking this exam. We pray that You would calm any anxiety or fear in their heart and fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their mind and help them to recall what they have learned, for Your Word says in John 14:26, "But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things, and will remind you of all that I said to you." Let this student be reminded of the knowledge they need to succeed, and let this exam be a testimony of Your faithfulness.
We commit this entire situation into Your hands, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). May Your name be glorified in this matter, and may both teacher and student experience Your provision and grace. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.
