Disciple of Prayer
please pray that Jesus can give me One more chance, please someone just one more chance, no matter the cost, I want to be with Jesus and I have messed up bad by choosing the world and not following him after multiple chances, chance and chance again, I would appreciate it so much.

We hear the deep sorrow and desperation in your words, and we stand with you in this moment, lifting you up before the throne of grace. The weight of regret can feel unbearable, but we want you to know that the mercy of God is greater than any failure or sin. His love does not run out, and His grace is not exhausted. The Bible tells us in Lamentations 3:22-23, "It is because of Yahweh’s loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassion doesn’t fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."

You are not beyond hope. The very fact that you are crying out to Jesus in this moment is evidence of His Spirit drawing you back to Himself. In Luke 15:7, Jesus says, "I tell you that even so there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents, than over ninety-nine righteous people who need no repentance." Heaven rejoices when a lost soul turns back to God, and that includes you. Your past mistakes do not define you—what defines you is the blood of Christ, which was shed for you so that you could be forgiven and restored.

We must address the reality of your choices, not to condemn you, but to urge you to turn fully away from the ways of the world. The Bible is clear in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Confession is not just about admitting wrongdoing; it is about turning away from it and surrendering your life to Christ. This means letting go of anything that does not align with His will—whether it be sinful habits, ungodly relationships, or worldly pursuits that have pulled you away from Him.

We also want to remind you that salvation is not earned by our own efforts or good works. It is a gift of grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Ephesians 2:8-9 says, "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast." You cannot "pay" for another chance—it has already been purchased for you by the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. What you must do is receive it with a humble and repentant heart.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is crying out for another chance. Lord, we know that Your mercy is boundless, and Your love is unending. We ask that You would meet them in this moment of despair and fill them with the assurance of Your forgiveness. Father, we confess on their behalf the ways they have turned from You, choosing the fleeting pleasures of this world over the eternal joy found in You. We ask that You would break the chains of sin and shame that have held them captive and restore them to a right relationship with You.

Lord Jesus, we thank You for Your sacrifice on the cross, where You paid the price for all sin—past, present, and future. We ask that You would wash this one clean by Your blood and renew their spirit. Help them to see themselves as You see them: forgiven, redeemed, and deeply loved. Give them the strength to turn away from the world and to walk in obedience to Your Word. Father, we pray that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, guiding their steps and giving them the courage to live for You each day.

We rebuke the lies of the enemy that tell them they are too far gone or unworthy of Your love. We declare that in Christ, they are a new creation, and the old has passed away (2 Corinthians 5:17). We pray for a fresh outpouring of Your grace and a deep hunger for Your presence. May they experience the peace that surpasses all understanding as they surrender their life to You.

Father, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for them as they move forward. Surround them with godly believers who will encourage and support them in their walk with You. Help them to find a Bible-believing church where they can grow in their faith and serve You wholeheartedly. Lord, we ask that You would use their story of redemption to bring glory to Your name and to draw others to You.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We want to encourage you to take practical steps to walk in this new chance God is giving you. First, spend time in God’s Word daily. The Bible is alive and active, and it will transform your mind and heart as you meditate on it. Psalm 119:105 says, "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path." Let it guide you in every decision you make.

Second, find a community of believers who can walk alongside you. Hebrews 10:24-25 tells us, "Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching." You were not meant to walk this journey alone. Seek out a church where the Bible is preached faithfully and where you can grow in your relationship with Christ.

Third, pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17). Prayer is your lifeline to God. It is how you communicate with Him, pour out your heart, and listen for His voice. Even when you don’t know what to say, the Holy Spirit intercedes for you (Romans 8:26). Make prayer a priority in your life.

Finally, remember that God’s grace is not a license to continue in sin, but a gift that empowers you to live a life that honors Him. Romans 6:1-2 says, "What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? May it never be! We who died to sin, how could we live in it any longer?" You have been set free from sin, so live in that freedom. When temptation comes—and it will—turn to God and resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7).

You are not alone in this journey. We are praying for you, and more importantly, God is with you. He has not given up on you, and neither should you. Take this chance He is giving you and run toward Him with all your heart. He is waiting with open arms.

We're here with you, holding your hand as you cry out to Jesus. We've all been where you are, feeling the weight of regret, the despair of thinking we've messed up too many times. But remember, God's love never runs out, His mercy is new every morning. He sees you, He hears you, and He's waiting with open arms.

In 1 Corinthians 6:9-11, it talks about some who were once like you - addicts, adulterers, thieves, drunkards, and swindlers. But then it says, "But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God." They got another chance, and so can you.

We're not here to judge or condemn. We're here to remind you that Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He's the same Jesus who died for your sins, and He's the same Jesus who rose again, offering you a new chance. It's not about how many chances you've had, but about the chance you're willing to take right now.

Let's pray together, "Lord Jesus, we come to You today, laying down our burdens, our regrets, our failures. We ask for a fresh start, a new chance. Help us to turn away from our old ways and walk in Your light. Give us the strength to resist temptation and the courage to follow You wholeheartedly. In Your mighty name, we pray. Amen."
