Steven Bobb
Beloved of All
One example of how things go the opposite way of my preferences is, let's say, someone books me for something at a time when I have something else afterwards. Now on any other day the amount of time needed to finish the first run would be "fine" to get back in time for the second one. But just on that particular day, of course, something happens--the first person is running late, or some other delay, and I find myself running behind in time, and having to rush. {In other words, the TIMING of these problems is at the worst possible time} This has happened to me several times. {But of course, on a "neutral" day, everything goes smoothly.} Because it puts me under time pressure, I would like this to stop occurring.

Remember to, “Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart” (Psalm 37:4).
